We were early for our reservation, but were graciously welcomed and accommodated. Derick was very friendly, very attentive, and an overall great dude. Food was incredible. Quick service. Very quick, in fact.

Stop shrinking meal portions and changing same price. Chicken salad reduced to small small salad without all ingredients. This is robbery. I’ll tell others of this. Gone so far down in food value

Food was just ok. They got new salad bowls and they make it really hard to eat out of them. Almost less salad now too. Loud atmosphere and rather slow for jams. Service was ok.

Not a great experience. It took 30 minutes to get our drinks. The house cab was not good. One of the four entrees was wrong, but we didn't want to wait another 30-40 minutes so I just ate it. They did take the cost of that entree off the bill which is good. Server was either new, overwhelmed or both. We will not be back soon.

I would assign two out of five stars for the food. We ordered appetizers and drinks for our table of four. The flatbread was haphazardly thrown together and hard to share. The potato skins were pretty good. The service was four out of five stars. Our server was friendly and accommodating.

The Chef's salmon special was NOT special. The small piece of salmon was overwhelmed by unseasoned tomato sauce, and this also overwhelmed the mango pineapple pico de gallo, which had good flavor by itself.

Met friends for drinks and dinner. Ended up staying the bar to eat. Service was great. Food done quickly and good quality. Good wine list and drink menu. Always a favorite!

Our waitress Izzy was a doll! She was very encouraging and fun. She knew the menu and kept our courses going at the right pace. The only thing that I would change is the Skyscraper Vegetable Sandwich. The vegetales slide right off the bun. A grilled sliced onion would help. The breaded eggplant tasted fishy. (Not sure how that happened) I would lose the eggplant and make it a more manageable mushroom sandwich. The Lettuce Wraps are not to be missed!! And you can’t leave without sharing some dessert.

It was our first time at Jams. We had extremely quick service for it being 6pm on a Friday night. The food was great, service was excellent, and I would highly recommend going back!

Husband’s fish tacos were cold and coconut chicken salad, which is my favorite, was just not good for the first time in all the years I’ve ordered it. Disappointed.

I ordered chicken lettuce wrap. Way too small lettuce. Hardly any chicken, way too much mayonnaise on my wife sandwich was just completely overloaded. The desserts were great. We had the Keylime pie around cookie, ice cream, dessert. I can’t remember what our friends ordered, but they seem to be happier with their orders. The server was new but very nice and the environment was great.

For early evening, in the summer, for some tables the lighting is not intimate and a little bright due to the natural light from ceiling windows.
