Our server (who was also the bartender) was great! She had tons of patience for my 6 year old and was so very accommodating. Food was good, the burger was a little over charred. The nachos could be a little more saucy, the Cobb salad was very good. Games were awesome as always for the young one and the new remodel of the space was great. Only issue we had was the hungry hippos game ate some credits and it didn’t function properly (honestly that game is annoying garbage and they should just ax is from the line up) Overall a good experience. My child loves this spot.

Alex was absolutely Outstanding! He made my first visit with my kids on our vacation very memorable! We came back a second night and specifically requested him! He was very friendly, outgoing, professional, fun, efficient, accurate, knowledgeable, patient and accommodating! He was the reason for our second visit! He went above and beyond for us! He was the best Waiter we had on our 10 day vacation in Omaha, NE.

When we checked in the host couldn't find our reservation. Our server Don was amazing, he took care of our group very well. Food quality has decreased significantly, will not eat here again. Women's restroom was disgusting. Men's was clean. Noise is something have to expect for a sports bar and game room. We will probably never return. Our only good thing to say is Thank You Don.

We waited sever for bill separate receipts long hour . We told Sever about not all receipts together pay. Separate bill each. Sever looks tv sports and we waited hour delays bill separate each.

Wait staff was very good. complaints were made by the group of the Karaoke music. For over two hours the same group of little girls made it their playground so they could receive tickets. Little girls signing for two hours and running around was over the top and annoying after the first hour

We always enjoy our time at Dave & Busters!! Food was great as always. Service was great as well even with the big group we had. Only thing was a lot of games either weren’t working or would stop working while playing so you would lose your points. Can’t wait to go back!!

It was under construction and under staffed. The hostess acted as if we were an inconvenience and was not friendly. The waiter tried his best but kept forgetting stuff, brought food out different times so we couldn’t all eat together. Food was ok not best some was cold. We enjoyed the games but it sucked that a lot were out of order. We would go back for games when fixed but probably wouldn’t revisit the restaurant. Over priced for what you get and service not good.

We ordered four different kinds of appetizers for our birthday table and they came out very quickly, very hot and very good. The truffle fries were better than Ollie and Hobbs truffle fries. The only thing lacking was the drink service was pretty slow but I imagine they were understaffed like everyone else. Had never played games there before so it was a shock how expensive it was to this old timer but my grandson had a wonderful time and that's what matters.

Not all food on menu was available, well done burger was beyond well done. Chicken was dry. Server was polite but only came to the table twice. Had to flag other waiters for drink refills. The games were fun.

We did not have the best experience, our food came out in patches, one of our guests in our party had a long hair in her burger, one guest in our party received her order 20 minutes after everyone else had their food, we seen our server MAYBE three times! BUT we where taken care of at the end of it and the management staff seemed to care once made aware of the situation!

Made a reservation at 7 pm got there early. Son went in to see if there was a waiting time and there wasn’t. He came back to the car. We walked in lady said that we took to long from walking from the car to the door and it’s a 45 min wait now. So we waited for the 45 mins during the 45 mins I had my son go back and forth asking about two times last time she said it would be around 20 mins. Waited the 20 mins he went back in now they tell him we canceled the reservation it will be another 45 mins. So I went in asking what was the issue the assistant general manager Sean Blizzard tells me we canceled the reservation which we didn’t. I also stated to him why would we cancel if I have sent my son in multiple times checking on how much time we had. I then asked him what was the number they had down he read off a completely different number then what I gave them. So I then told him how is that our problem that his rude employee took the number down wrong. I then asked for someone over him he said he was not there and I could call and his name would be Steven king kinda funny right I know. So we had to wait another 45 mins and at that point we decided to go else where do to having 3 kids waiting in a car for another 45 mins and we also came two hrs away just to come to Dave and busters Also there where so many people going in I didn’t see not one family get turned away within our first 45 min wait

Food was cold, table was given away after we were told if we left our jackets there they would save the table, waiter seemed like he didn’t know what he was doing. Waiter told our friend the manager treats them like crap.
