Accommodation chosen because it was the cheapest. There are often Korean staff as well. However, the bed is narrow and I sometimes put my head on the ceiling of the bunk bed. As long as I have enough money, I want to go somewhere else. There is a bit of a smell of medicine in the surrounding streets.

Paradox Hotel is one of the best hotels we have stayed at in a long time. We typically stay at Four Seasons, Fairmont’s, and other hotels similar to these types of hotels. Paradox had first class service starting at the valet (Marty), along with all individuals at the front counter. To top off our stay, we had Andrew from concierges that took great care of us, as he went above and beyond for my wife’s 40th birthday celebration. -I will be writing a person letter to Andrew, for all the amazing things he did to make our stay so memorable. It’s hard to put into words the results of our trip, as all of it was amazing, from the lounge (Megan/Morgan/Vanessa were all fantastic and were extremely friendly. To the Mansion nightclub, where everyone was fantastic and provided amazing service, as we decided to get table service for the birthday celebration. If anyone is contemplating staying at the Paradox, do not think twice about booking, you will not regret it. Also, amazing walking distance to so many amazing shops and restaurants. All-in-all, we will be back to see all the amazing people we met and we look forward to our next trip to the Paradox Hotel.

Every time I come to a must-stay hotel in downtown Vancouver, the front desk is friendly, I forgot to bring my toothbrush and toothpaste, and I got it soon. The elevator has been upgraded and is more efficient. It was Christmas when I went there, and there was a gingerbread competition in the hotel lobby, which was especially festive!

For the guests, it is very convenient! recommend! Out of the hotel, the selection of high praise, so rest assured! Foreign hotels are different from domestic ones, so I chose a lot of homes and selected his home!

The Vancouver hotel in July is particularly expensive. The private bathroom room booked 5 months in advance, 1300+ one night is good value for money, the location is very good, in the city center, to Canada Square, gas town, luxury street is walking As for the construction around the hotel, there is no noise, the room is small but clean and tidy.

Thank you for the opportunity to describe my Inn at the Quay experience. I was booked for a day procedure at Royal Columbian Hospital at 6:00AM on Saturday May 20. Because I was travelling from out of town and had to be driven home (as a requirement of the procedure) I elected to travel by train to Vancouver and then New Westminster on the day before, Friday. On Tuesday May 16 I booked a room at your hotel for the night of the night of Friday May 19 for $389.00 ex-taxes. My plan was to take a cab to the Hospital and then my daughter was then going to drive to town to pick me up and drive me home after the procedure on Saturday. After travelling to New Westminster I had time to kill because I called the Inn at the Quay to see if I could get an early check in but was told that you were very busy and that was not possible. The hospital recommends attending with only your care card for security reasons. For this reason I had my BC Care Card and the credit card I used to book the room in my cellular phone case. During my wanders I lost my phone. Fortunately I had a significant amount of cash so I got a cab immediately and attended at your hotel. I explained my situation to the clerk on the desk and she said that she could not check me in without the credit card I used to book the room. I asked her if you would charge that card with the room price if I had not shown up and she agreed that that was the case. When I asked if she could just charge the card and let me stay she said that the situation was different and was against your policy. I questioned her further and she summoned a person form the back office who agreed that the situation was completely different and actually said “Sorry, we can’t help you.” When I suggested cancelling the credit card transaction and paying in cash that suggestion was also turned down. Reason was lost on these two minions that are trained to be slavishly obedient to your rules and policies. I am sure that if you question these two they will agree that I was polite and courteous throughout our encounter. After several attempts at circumventing their indifference I felt that I should leave before I started to get mad. As a competent, attentive and businesslike hotelier I am sure you are aware of the saturation in your market on any given day. If you harken back to May 19 you will recall that all of the other hotels in New Westminster and as far as Port Coquitlam were completely booked. No matter, I was able to avail myself of a comfortable chair in the admitting lobby of the Royal Columbian Hospital from 4:00PM on Friday until 6:00AM the following morning. Except of course when I had to leave the admitting lobby while the janitors polished the floors. Because the Emergency Room lobby was full I was able to meet some of the interesting local street residents that were outside at 2:30AM. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are cleaned every day. It is very convenient to go to tourist hotspots. There is a restaurant next door to the hotel. It takes 5 minutes to walk to Chinese restaurants, and there is morning tea to eat. It tastes good. The hotel can park for free and is very convenient. I will go live next time.

Great hotel in good location with easy access to downtown Vancouver. Rooms clean Swimming pool good. Breakfast buffet good. Recommend this hotel for short stays. Have stayed here a few times now, and will go again.
