This bank is unreal! They hold your transactions for a really long time then slam you with a overdraft only to put the money back into your account because they screwed up. Happened to us several times! Customer service is a joke. They don't know the first thing about your account and will literally argue with you. It's horrible. Run don't walk the other way!

My home loan was sold to PNC. Their website and app are a monthly source of frustration. I have to set a new password monthly! And no method of paying mortgage on the app. Super inconvenient! I wish they would sell my loan to anyone else!

After about seven years with PNC, I'm leaving. They have restricted my spending, they have denied my disputes of scams, and they constantly go down when rent is due. I'm sick of them being unreliable and outright against me. Their new commercials say they are boring? Yes, and they are lazy too. Pick a better bank.

PNC Is by far the worst bank to ever use or trust to hold your money. Direct deposits are held longer than needed. The customer service just plain sucks. Either they don't speak English or they act like it's their money and it's always the other person's fault.

Do yourself a huge favor, just choose another bank. If you're not doing 6 figure business, these guys are never gonna do something in your favor. I wouldn't out that on anyone in the store, it's just their company policies. Have been a customer over a decade always in good standing, and me and my buisness get treated better by EVERY establishment I've walked into since I moved banking solutions. Additionally closing your account is made purposely drawn out so they can charge you fees. Would give zero stars if I could. If you're an employee and plan to stay that way and have no plans of ever getting a loan, this is the place for you. Everyone else, just don't

I would be extremely careful opening an account with PNC Bank. PNC Bank cashed a fraudulent check for over $12,000.00 which they removed from our account and never refunded us. After 10 months of investigation and working on the case, they finally informed us there is nothing they can do to refund the money. The FDIC is not responsible for fraud. Thanks to PNC Bank we lost over $12,000.00.

If I could I will give a negative 10 rating. Opened the account a month back. Deposited 1st payroll check on phone and was bounced stating- suspicious activity. No explanation given what suspicious activity. I went in person deposited cash. 2nd payroll check and 3rd payroll check bounced as well due to different reasons. I went to the bank in person again and had to cash my check but they refused to deposit the money saying account is closed. I asked manager to give my money back, she said they cannot, no one would give me an explanation or letter why they are closing the account and not giving my money back if they are closing. I had to call cops to report this incident. Makes me think because my name is different is that what causing check to be suspicious?

I was a victim of a scam. I contacted PNC as soon as I found out about it in order to get the money I sent back. I had documentation to send them. They denied me my money. I have been a member for 20 yrs.

Have banked with PNC for years. They changed account setups without letting us know. Charging unbelievable charges to keep a supposed free checking account. When we go to close account customer service acted like it was nothing. No care or concern. Told them about fees. Didn't care. Told us we would have to keep large sum of money in account to avoid charges. They don't even pay a decent rate of interest but charge consumers large fees. PNC is a disgrace to the banking system. Wonder why banks are going away!

PNC could start by not having so many mindless people working for them. I wanted to transfer money from a non pnc bank to the pnc in Bolingbrook. The lady I spoke with first was clueless. Transferred me to customer service. The next guy was not much better. I told him I did not want to wire transfer to avoid the fee. What did he do? He transferred me to the wire bot.
