Due to the recent OMB COVID guideline changes, all guests, staff and contractors at federal facilities must wear face coverings while indoors. As the Reagan Library is a federal facility, face coverings are once again required on our property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. The Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization under the IRS Code, sections 509(a)(1) and 170(b)(1)(A)(vi) and as such contributions are deductible as described therein.

Upcoming Events

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, many events at the Reagan Library are still virtual. Please pay attention to each individual event description, as it will notify you if the event is digital or in person.

To ensure the health and safety of its event staff and guests, effective September 10, 2021, all those attending events sponsored by the Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation & Institute at the Reagan Library in Simi Valley, California and at the Reagan Institute in Washington, DC must provide proof of full vaccination status against COVID-19. ‘Fully vaccinated’ means vaccinated at least 14 days after the guest’s second dose in a two-dose COVID-19 vaccine series or a single-dose COVID-19 vaccine.

To enter the event, attendees must bring proof of vaccination, either a physical vaccination card, a picture of their vaccination card, or a digital vaccination record, or health care document showing vaccination status, along with photo ID. Children under the age of 12 and unvaccinated persons must provide proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken within three days prior to the event they’re attending at the Reagan Library or Reagan Institute. This policy also applies to all speakers and performers associated with the event, as well as all staff. Any attendee who arrives at registration check-in without proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test performed within the past 3 days will not be admitted into the event.

The GE-Reagan Foundation Scholarship Program honors the legacy and character of our nation's 40th President by rewarding college-bound students who demonstrate exemplary leadership, drive, integrity, and citizenship with financial assistance to pursue higher education. Through the generous support of GE, this program annually awards $10,000 renewable scholarships -- up to $40,000 each -- to numerous high school seniors nationwide.

The Time for Choosing Speaker Series is a new forum from the Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation & Institute for leading voices in the conservative movement to address critical questions facing the future of the Republican Party. Through formal speeches delivered at the Reagan Library in Simi Valley, California, speakers will be invited to specifically address fundamental questions, such as “Why are you a Republican?,” “What should the Republican Party stand for?,” and “What are the Republican philosophies we can all agree on?”

During the Month of November 2021, the Reagan Library is celebrating its 30th anniversary with a month’s worth of activities, including an exhibition, live concerts, discounted tickets, and a program on November 7th with Dr. Condoleezza Rice and Archivist of the United States David Ferriero.
