My husband and I make an annual trip to AC every summer. We are familiar with all casino hotels and make a choice to stay at Caesar's due to location and comfort level. I am fully aware i can book another location that exceeds Caesar's, specifically Hard Rock or Ocean, so to compare them is not the intent here.
Arrived on a Sunday and always take advantage of early check in, well worth the extra money to be in our room and unpacked by 10:30 am. We were in a newly renovated ocean view room in Centurion Tower. The rooms are very nice and highly recommend.
I will continue to state that Caesar's still needs more food options. Two new restaurants are being added, but both appear to be on similar level and hotel will still be lacking more casual options.
Only issue this stay was on last full day our room had not been cleaned by 5 pm. I approached a staff member in the hallway and she apologized, she said she was contacting her supervisor. We never heard from anyone. After a long day out of the room with the housekeeping light on all day we really just wanted to return to fresh towels and restocked coffee. Due to this issue we actually decided to leave for home that evening, knowing we would not be reimbursed for the night. I had to go to front desk to check out since option on tv not available at that time. Front desk did not even question why we were leaving.
The renovations to the property are continuing, and that is a positive. It was much needed and hoping that when they are completed things will only continue to improve.

Comparing to the competitive hotel in the same rank and location this is the worst one ever, the reason are as follow :
The rooms in north and south Forum towers are very old in building and furniture, with few and limited electrical outlets for charging phones.
Staying at The south tower is miserable experience because facing the main street ( noisy all night ). However the north tower is little quite but the whole building facing the air condition complex.
Towels are worn out, expired over used. another bad point when checking, the bell-man did allow cars to stop and check in, they ordered you to either drop you luggage at the gate and leave to park in the parking, or go direct to the parking lot and pull the bags from parking to the hotel

On other hand the hotel is in the best location, in addition the hotel 24/7 with very nice smell , it has good restaurants and food.

Best regards

Just stayed four nights at Caesar’s AC in the centurion tower. This was our first visit after 25 years of loyalty at the Trop. That said, the recent merger a few years ago gives player expanded dining and accommodation options- and in this case, our visit to Caesar’s won’t be our last. In fact, with any luck we will stay at Caesar’s for the next 25 years.

Rather than do a side by side comparison of Caesars hotel and the Tropicana, let me just say that Caesars is newer cleaner, more polished, and certainly with nicer renovated rooms. That said, Tropicana maintains its charm and character that has made it so popular for so many years. As for Caesars the first and most obvious thing that gets you or doesn’t get you, is the cigarette smoke or the lack of it. Smoking is reserved to the first floor and ventilation is exceptionally good. Rooms in the centurion tower, those that I saw and where I stayed, were remarkably clean, well decorated with great views. perhaps one of the most important things was is the attitude of the staff. All of those whom I encountered were pleasant, helpful and seem to enjoy their job and chitchatting with customers. This can make a really big difference in making someone feel welcome. I would add only two suggestions worth considering for a person who might want to stay at Caesars. First compared to Tropicana the food selection at Caesars is higher end and more expensive as well as more difficult to find. For example, there was one café, café Tazo that stays open 24 hour. the food snacks and bakery items are exceptionally good but pricey. However, being in the centre of the boardwalk, Caesars does provide opportunities for people to get a quick bite of pizza or snack, fairly close to the hotel. The other observation I would make is with respect to hours from Monday to Thursday. The pizza place was not open during that time, and in addition. The customer rewards centre closed relatively early around 7 o’clock each night during our mid week‘s day. This seemed a little unusual and clearly inconvenient. -Particularly for a hot busy day in July. In summary Caesars Atlantic City is a great destination with great staff clean rooms, a Safe and welcoming feeling and it is a hotel casino that has clearly bounced back from the impacts of the pandemic perhaps a little faster than some of the others. We will definitely be back and look forward to our next visit.

I just returned from a 4 night stay, Monday - Thursday, checked out on Friday, and enjoyed my visit! I had room 3406, 14th floor, I think, and it was a wonderful ocean view, which nice to just see ocean laying in bed out the window!

The room is beautifully renovated, nice tile work, USB ports everywhere, love the accent lighting behind bed and TV, spacious bathroom, comfortable beds, (I got a 2 queen room to have extra pillows), and it was mostly clean.

Only issues were the nice new blue chair had a gross white stain on it. I must say some guests seem to be slobs, or careless, as this room is less than a year old (renovation wise), but the door covering the fridge area was already heavily scuffed/damaged, which was disappointing, and the white chair had some scuff marks on back. It was also dirty and had crumbs in cracks which I had to clean.

I called housekeeping for extra supplies, mostly shampoo/soap, they asked if I wanted towels, I said sure a few, and a housekeeper comes up with just towels, said no one told him about toiletries, but he quickly returned with a bag with several, which was wonderful! Very fast response!

Even my check in and out was pretty quick, benefit of staying in September, it is more quiet, and Check in only took about 10 or so minutes and woman was friendly.

I must say I LOVE the shower with the two shower heads, one of which is hand-held, great water pressure, and very comfortable.

3 of my 4 nights were comped so the stay was a great value, although it looks like resort fee keeps creeping closer to thirty dollars, and I will certainly stay again. The slots were too tight though and I often gambled at other AC properties, and only at Caesars at night before bed. They continue renovation efforts which is nice to see but dining is so limited at the moment. Even the noodle place was closed, due to carpet renovations on main floor, along with Nero's which has permanently closed, so basically only the cafe, Ramsay's Pub, and Morton's was available during my stay. HK is opening next week and I am disappointed I missed the opening! They were a bit off on Summer 2022 opening announcement!

Can't wait to return, hope to try Hells Kitchen next year, and I really recommend the renovated rooms in Centurion Tower, they are excellent! Hopefully they hold up though. I also explored the semi-abandoned Playground mall next door which is in dire condition with next to nothing open inside. So much potential to add new eateries in there!

On the evening of August 3, 2023, I checked into Room 676 in the Forum North. The following morning, I went to call the front desk for toilet tissue and noticed the phone in the room was absolutely filthy that I could not put the receiver near my face. I went to turn the lamp on in the room and noticed the dust was so thick on the lamp. I proceeded to go down to the front desk to tell them that my room needed to be switched and showed them the photos of the dirt in the room I was offered a $50.00 food voucher and was told that they would give me a new room after housekeeping cleaned the rooms. I was asked my phone number which I gave, and I was told that they would call me when the room was available. Later in the afternoon I again went to the desk to see if my new room was available, and I was asked my phone number again and was told that they would call me. At 8:30 p.m. I again went to the front desk to inquire why I had not received a call for the room switch I was told the room was "ready now" I replied that I was ready for bed and was not going to switch my room at that time because I was leaving in the morning. I requested to speak with a Supervisor and was told the supervisor would be out to speak with me. I waited 15 minutes and the supervisor did not come out. I was then told to call Customer Relations. When I called customer relations to file a complaint and requested a discounted room fee, I was told that I was already compensated with a food voucher.

I will never stay in this dirty, disgusting hotel again. Don't waste your money or get swayed by the "comp rooms" it's not worth it!!!!

We stayed here for New Year’s Eve weekend and I felt comfortable with the stay that staying longer would have not been a problem at all. We were in centurion tower with a panoramic view of the ocean and city view. Waking up to the sunrises and seeing the ocean made us happy. The only suggestion I feel would be to add a rubber flap to close the gap at the bottom of the entrance door since somehow we managed to smell the linger of smoke. I’m not sure if someone was smoking by the stairwell or in their room but I had trouble sleeping with the odor since we are non smokers. I know the casino has smoking areas but I didn’t expect to smell smoke on the 8th floor in a non smoking room. So I hope they can add that flap to keep that smell out, especially since these are renovated and non smoking rooms. Otherwise everything else was good with the room. I hope in the future the casino can have a closed off area where smokers are because I feel it can deter guests who are looking for a smoke free environment such as those with asthma or post covid issues or have kids with them. However Caesar's air quality definitely seemed better than other casinos we passed through during our weekend in Atlantic City so I’m guessing better filtration system but you definitely can tell the difference. This hotel also had good food options. The food at The Gordon Ramsey Pub restaurant inside the hotel was amazing and we also enjoyed what the cafe nearby had to offer. They do have good eating options to where you may not even need to leave the hotel though. We plan to go back after our experience.

I have not stayed at Caesar's in a very long time and unfortunately I do not foresee myself going back there. It started with check-in where they only had 1 person on a Saturday at 5 p.m. checking people in. There had to have been at least a dozen people standing in line and the people being helped at the check in counter I'm assuming had some issues as it took at least 10 minute to process that one couple. The next couple checking in took a little bit less time but then went back after starting to walk away with some sort of an issue. I guess we were in line close to 20 minutes before another person appeared behind the counter to sign guests in. Once we got to the room we were even less impressed. There were food crumbs under the glass on the dresser and night stand, an almost empty roll of toilet paper with no replacement in the bathroom and no remote control in the room. We called that night for a remote control but it was never brought to our room. Then on the morning we were checking out at 9:25 a.m. housekeeping knocked on our door asking how much longer we'd be in our room so they could clean it. Really, check out is by 11 a.m. if I'm not mistaken. Maybe if I was being comped and not paying full price for my room this review could be possibly acceptable but as a full paying customer it was not acceptable from checking in to the condition of the room.

After previous positive experiences at Caesars Atlantic City and other Caesars properties in Las Vegas over the years, my group decided to book two rooms at Caesars Atlantic City for a recent bachelorette weekend. Our adjoining rooms were in the Forum Tower. Apparently WINDOWS in the room are not included?! I understand that a request for a specific view may not be able to be accommodated, but I did not realize that we had to request a room with windows. This seems to be a MAJOR safety hazard in the event of an emergency. The room felt dark and depressing, in addition to the very low, dungeon-like ceilings in the hallways and tiny elevators with very long waits. This definitely dampened our stay.

The only positives are the hotel's central location on the Boardwalk and its casino that seemed more spacious and cleaner than some of the neighboring hotels' casinos. Regardless, I will be avoiding Caesars hotels from now on.

I don't even know where to start. The music in the casino was so unbearably loud we mostly gambled elsewhere. Also, the homeless hang out in the lower level casino begging for cigarettes. The only food options are for people who choose to donate $26 to Gordon Ramsey for lettuce, or the coffee shop where the $14 sandwiches are pre made with bread so hard I literally could not chew it. And the $14 salad has “croutons” consisting of chunks of old bread? Nasty. The best meal we had during our stay here was ordering Pizza Hut. Not a single employee could answer a question regarding anything related to Caesars. This includes front desk, security, valet, waitresses, and players card desk. You either get “I don't know” or they give you incorrect information. But I guess you cant blame them, we spent time trying to locate the Starbucks that is listed on Caesars AC website to finally discover it does not exist? I was told a wine glass in the gift shop was $10, then got charged $16. The girl working was involved with her phone and when I approached the register she just stared at me like I had no right to be there. The smell of marijuana and cigarettes in our room was nasty. AND we smoke both ourselves! But choose not to in our living spaces. We were never offered a nonsmoking preference. Shame, the renovated rooms are very nice. Beds are comfy and shower is awesome. However, I would crash with the homeless before I stay there again. We are almost to the airport and thank goodness, Im starving and looking forward to an edible meal without cashing in my 401K.

My wife and I stayed at this location July 27,28,29. Reservations made two weeks prior for Smokey Robinson Show which was comped and three day two night stay. Upon check in we were advised room was not ready but upgrade was available. First night was originally comped and second night $98.00, we agreed. Accepting the upgrade we lost the free night but agreed to pay &107.00 per night for two nights plus taxes and resort fees. Number one Smokey Robinson did not perform turned out a second rate flop performed and no Smokey. Singer was terrible and band as well. We were burned on that. Second, reservations for Gordon Ramsey Hells Kitchen restaurant were for 7:45 pm, we arrived at approx 7:30pm were told we were early but kitchen running on time. We dumped more cash in the casino and returned at 7:45 pm with a line of people waitin to be seated and were told we had to wait a few minutes. After waiting 45 minutes we were finally seated. 45 more minutes after seating we finally were able to order a cocktail. Ordering dinner we waited another hour to be served and dinner was roadkill. Absolutely for the price the worst ever. There was an occasion to call room service and no answer repeatedly as well front desk. Dialed another extension and were told when you call from the room for anything the call is recieved in Las Vargas and forwarded to New Jersey for service. Attempted to make request to to a housekeeper across the hall from us, she didn't understand a word of English but repeated our side of the hall was not her responsibility. Supervisor appeared took our request and that ended that. Now comes the best part. At checkout we were presented with a bill charging us for the two night upgrade of $107.00 per night and an additional $98.00 for the comp night. So we had to pay two room charges for the first night stay. The rep who misrepresented this info upon checkin was relieved from her front desk duty when this argument started and was no longer present to coberate out story and a person named Laura assumed the position she was the front desk manager and the final word on the matter and refused to remove the additional charge of two room charges for one night occupancy. Security was called on my request to no avail. Person Laura was obnoxious and belligerent and maintained her position for an hour stating she could not make the adjustment. Finally security convinced her to issue us a $20.00 room charge credit. We were taken for $98.00.

My room was on a high number floor. Air in the room was fresh, clean and comfortable. I don't recall having the need to open the window facing the ocean. The room was well ventilated. There are other lower floor rooms with access to open & close windows.

I drive to AC from long Island so I don't know if it is walking distance. For your information I would never stay or gamble at CEASARS, TROPICANA,OR HARRAHS. THEIR CHECKIN IS EXACTLY AT 4PM, ANYTIME B-4 they will charge an early check-in of $20. They also have a charge for drinks And if you ordered 1 you have to wait 15 minutes to order another. If you change machines you have to start all over again. There are other things about this group of casinos that I don't have time to discuss. However I believe you can understand. Hope you have a wonderful time.
