¿Cómo hacer que la función "Activar el desplazamiento" aparezca activada por defecto?

Go to Edit - Preferences - Page Display and under Page Layout select "Single Page Continuous":

That means the document has this setting defined as its Initial View.

To override it you can set this option under Accessibility:

[peixe80-adobe]
