5 Steps on How Bulk Liquidations Works
Frequently Asked Questions

What is the Amazon Bulk Liquidations Store?

The Amazon Bulk Liquidations Store is a closed-beta program that sells ‘lots’ of Amazon or third-party seller items. A lot is defined as a group of items offered for sale as a single listing.

What types of products will I find here?

Lots are composed of either overstock (new and unopened) or damaged items (returned by customer or damaged during processing). The products are sold by either Amazon or Third-Party Sellers. Each lot is either entirely sourced from Amazon’s inventory or aggregated from one or more third-party sellers’ inventory.

How does ordering work?

Purchasing a lot is the same process as purchasing any other item on Amazon. You’ll simply add the item to cart and checkout. Each lot will have a product listing page where you’ll be able to review lot details including item, quantity, and price.
These lots are sold for a limited time in set quantities and prices. We sell lots in as is condition. They are not customizable and prices are not negotiable. All sales are final and not eligible for return or refund. Please read full Terms and Conditions for the program. Terms & Conditions

How does delivery work?

Depending on the size of the order, shipments may arrive in pallets, requiring a forklift or delivery dock to unload, or orders may be shipped in small parcels. The product detail page will specify the estimated shipment size. We do not guarantee delivery within a certain timeframe. By placing an order from Amazon Bulk Liquidation Store, you accept that shipment timeline and delivery date are at Amazon’s discretion. When part or all of your order ships, you receive an updated expected delivery date and tracking information via email. Not all items in your order may ship together. However, we aim to deliver to you in the fewest shipments possible.

Who can I reach out to for customer support?

This program is supported by a dedicated customer service team you can reach at bulk-liquidations-beta@amazon.com. For any customer service questions, feedback, or problems with your order, please contact this dedicated service team directly. If you reach out to Amazon customer service instead of the dedicated Amazon Bulk Liquidations customer service team, the centralized representatives may not be able to solve your problem. Can I return my lot if I decide I don’t want it?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR REFUND.

What should I do if my lot is damaged in transit or missing items?

If your lot arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us at bulk-liquidations-beta@amazon.com for resolution.

Will the storefront be restocked?

Lots will be restocked periodically. Once enrolled, we will contact you to let you know when new lots have been added to the storefront.

Why can’t I add a lot to my cart?

Only enrolled customers can make purchases. If you are not enrolled in the program, then you will not be able to add the lot to your cart.

This program is currently only available in the contiguous US and requires enrolled customers to have a regular Amazon customer account enrolled in the Amazon Tax Exemption Program (ATEP). More information about ATEP can be found in the link below.

If you are interested in enrolling, contact our customer onboarding team at bulk-liquidations-beta@amazon.com for more details.
