This was the nicest hotel we stayed in as part of our Intrepid tour. It is modern, clean, everything worked, staff helpful. I would recommend this hotel. We were only in Kayseri one day. I would recommend staying longer. Kayseri is a nice city with lots to see.

My family loved this hotel. Because I often stay in really good hotels, I was a little more picky. However it was a really good effort from a three star hotel that felt like four stars.

We had 2 interconnecting rooms. The were clean and practical with slippers and good toiletries including toothbrush and paste. Nice clean hot showers.

The reception staff were friendly. They were expecting our arrival and greeted us by name.

The foyer is welcoming but small with a tv and comfy lounge chairs.

The breakfast had the most variety of the six hotels we stayed in in Turkey. The kids loved it. I was happy - the coffee was good!

Parking was free and incredibly easy (right at the front door). There is a practical supermarket next door.

The hotel is new and its team is young. These young persons do whatever to comfort you and they are very respectful. I liked this combination.
My room was clean and comfortable. I stayed there for 7 nights and it was like turning back home each time. No negative surprises.
I strongly advice you to stay at this hotel. If I go to Kayseri I will turn back at it without hesitation.

The rooms were clean and generously proportioned, the breakfast was great and the reception staff were really helpful. It's located 20 or 30 yards from a main street and tramline about a 1km away from the city centre.

Room was clean, comfy and it had both central heating and the AC unit. Most importantly, all staff members were extremely polite and helpful. Both traditional and continental breakfast was offered and it was delicious and fresh.

The hotel isn't bad and you get what you pay for. They however need to invest in bottle-openers for international customers.
Also they could stock the fridge up. There is also not enough towels/glasses in the rooms..
Staff could be more friendly..
No alcohol, more slippers, More pillows.

We booked this on the recommendation of trip advisor reviews and were very pleased we did so. It has lived up to that reputation.
On arrival, staff were very professional and check in was efficient.
Our room had all amenities and was spacious. The bathroom glistened - the marble, the steel , glass and mirrors were all shining - better than some more upmarket places I have stayed. So top marks goes to housekeeping.
During the night , the hotel was very quiet and being off the main road means that very little traffic passes or at least its not as noisy as the main rd.
Breakfast was open buffet and the choice was way beyond what could reasonably be eaten. A lot of the dishes for me, being a foreigner, were better suited to evening dinner - mere- but that's just an observation and not a criticism- they catered for all taste.
They have certainly done everything possible to make guests comfy.
Why do I not give 5* - well - I may be fussy but the curtains let in too much light. The mattress was a bit too firm for my taste and not enough pillows, the bathroom had a musty smell. Probably nothing the hotel can do about that - that's Turkey! And I would have liked fresh fruit at breakfast. Overall this is a good value hotel and I can really recommend it.

This hotel remains true to the culture & hospitality of its region. It is all about quality, from breakfast to rooms: Large, clean rooms, good breakfast and decent staff.
Main problem it is many floors are all mostly for smokers' and occasional loud music from outside.

We arrived in the afternoon and were welcomed by a very kind receptionist. He offered us advice on what sights to visit (we had only half a day) and how to get there. He also suggested us where to eat and what traditional dishes to order. The restaurant he suggested was indeed the best. He was very helpful with all the questions that we asked and they were many. Rooms are spacey and very clean. The bathroom looks like it's brand new, with clean towels and amenities. Breakfast was also amazing with local delicacies, both hot and cold, savoury and sweet options. Plus you could make your own Turkish coffee! It was a wonderful stay, very close to the airport. We will definitely visit this place again. Great value for money.

Only one drawback, due to personal preference. Curtains in the room are very thin, and although they have a roller curtain as well, light from the street still fills the room at night which disturbed my sleep a bit.
