Can you use Suica Card on Omnibus (red/green/blue)?
Can you use Suica card on Fujikyui railway from Shimoyoshida Station to Kawaguchiko Station?

Yes, Suica can be used on both the buses and Fujikyu rail.

I have been there and used a Pasmo card for both buses and trains. A Suica card will also work, and cards can be topped up at Kawaguchiko station.
