3rd time visiting this hotel and not a bad word to say about it! Really friendly staff, massive thanks to all the barmen and waiters and cleaners, everybody that keeps this hotel ticking over, an extra special thanks to Selahattin (Josh) Faith, Selim, Ufuk (we had some fun with this 1 '2 beers please you f#$k') and last but not least a very special thankyou to Faruk the best barman in Turkey! Tip them well guys, they only earn £50 per week so a small amount means a lot even if it's just £1 £2 here and there it goes a long way! If you thinking about booking this hotel then what are you waiting for!!! Hotel is spotlessly clean, the views are to die for with the mountains across the sea and sunset is out of this world! Animation team are really friendly, guest relations Cabrielle will bend over backwards for you, if there is something wrong or something you aren't happy about, this is your man! Turgetreis centre is only a 15min walk away or £2 in a taxi where you can find bars, a supermarket and a market selling all the moody gear in the world and you can find the most amazing kofte kebap and not a bit of greasy doner in sight! If kebaps aren't your thing there is a mcdonalds, burger king, waffle house, a steak house called Salt that is on the way to town which is absolutely incredible, you must visit this place! The only thing I would like to add is that if you book the hotel under the name Kairaba Princess, tell your transfer or taxi that the hotel is now called 'My Ella' our transfer took us to the wrong hotel, luckily we had been before so when we pulled up we was like 'yo boss, this isn't the hotel, when we eventually arrived at our hotel we was like yeah this is it but the building had My Ella written on it, didn't just happen to us it happened to another couple too so please be aware of this when you arrive. A nice hotel located in a good position with a 30 minute walk into the town where there are plenty of shops to wander around.
The pool is clean and the pool area is fairly clean. It is not easy to get a sunbed during busy periods.
The rooms are ok but require some updating, routine maintenance and proper cleaning as there was a lot of mould around our shower and sink. I don't think the rooms are cleaned or maintained very well between guests.
The food in the restaurant is OK as it is exactly what you would expect from an all inclusive hotel but the restaurant is very disorganized and during busy periods it is difficult to find a table especially when it is windy outside and lots of guests eat inside.
The entertainment team are the most friendly staff in the hotel but they really need some decent facilities as an umbrella over their sound equipment around the pool is really inadequate. The entertainment team do not appear to have the equipment available to them to properly entertain the guests.
The staff throughout the hotel seem to have really low morale especially in the restaurant. I understand it is the end of the season and energy may be lacking but if a hotel accepts paying guests you would expect the staff to be accomodating throughout the entire season.
The hotel management really need to do something urgently to improve the morale of their staff and to make improvements to the hotel before next season.
This is not a 5 star hotel and compared to some of the hotels we have stayed at in Greece, this hotel would be closer to a 3 star rating.
It is a real shame as a bit of care and pride would make this a really nice hotel.

Let’s start with good things: hard working staff, good food and variety of food. Not as much seafood choices. Everyone will s very friendly.
Bad things; nobody speaks English, no internet access, no ac in hallways, only one small overcrowded pool, very non functional umbrellas, beach and sea not clean and not prepared for guests, sea full of stones and grass. If you wish to have a spot near pool, it’s occupied by 7 am. If you put your towel and come a bit later, someone will be on your towels. Very poor quality coffee and juices. Not at the level of high ranked hotel.
I hope someone will read reviews and make this place better and if they wish to get 5 star there is a long way ahead.

Just come back from a 14 night holiday here.1st impressions were good ,taken to our room and were shown air con, safe etc by friendly member of staff.Then shortly after the so called music got louder and more aggressive. If you like booming, rapping music at full blast (everyone we spoke to didn't)this starts in the afternoon, morning is OK and late evening.If you like relaxing music don't go to this hotel. The daily room cleaning consisted of changing towels,throwing duvet over and occasionally emtying the bin. Food is geared up for the many large groups of Turkish guests which keep arriving every few days and waste most of the food they pile up on their plates. We are really not fussy eaters but couldn't find much at all we felt like eating at evening meal. Most of the staff seem miserable apart from the pancake/ omelette lady who smiled the whole 2 weeks and always spoke with you 😀. Didn't see anyone who looked like they were management and organising things. Pools were lovely, we swam before breakfast every morning in both .Also we had a lovely sunset drink every night on the terrace. Jack the boat trip seller was lovely always had a chat with you. This hotel is in a lovely position, we got out and about loads on the local bus which you catch from turgetreis bus station and is very cheap. All in all we had a really good holiday and would come back to this area but definitely not in this hotel.This should be a 3 star hotel definitely not 5 star.

Myella, what can you say about this hotel. The reception is not welcoming and cooperative, sometimes you seem like you are bothering them by asking for information about a country you don't know, especially Mrs. Devrim and Ali Osmani. My husband is diabetic and we transported the insulin from Germany. We politely ask them to put it in the fridge while waiting for the room, which took a long time, no, they don't put it in, yes, and they lied to us, playing with people's lives. Shame..... The pool, a little space to pass. you sat down to be hurt by the umbrellas or bumped into other people, the food was scandalous and always recycled, only the sweets were good, the animation was always the same program and the same music with few boring words, not like young people und same times they were too lasy too speak. The bar tables were cleared and cleaned even when I asked for something, the waiter said "go get it, go clean it" Horror. I paid for a 5-star hotel that is worth nothing. I feel bad for myself that my vacation is ruined. I will deal with them legally OK for the manager after I heard that he was a hardworking person who tried to do a lot, but he had chosen his co-workers badly. I dont appsolutly recomandet Myella 😡😡😡😡

Rooms clean and spacious. Food passable, but queues. pool bar on the ground strewn cups and napkins. Cats everywhere. Cold sea and bad entry. Rocks and not much swimming. Deckchairs by the sea and by the pool are occupied by towels at 7 o'clock in the morning. But the people are not there.

Lovely hotel staff welcoming especially Serhat Omar and Dogancan in the restaurant always happy to find you a table and keep it clear but without rushing you and alway happy to get your drinks for you, try to give you any information even if have to use googgle translate plenty of different dishes to choose from never felt hungry even though need to be careful with diet due to health issues different theme each evening. Music in day on couple of occasions got a little loud but didnt spoil the holiday. Would defo come again

We returned last night from Myella. Our room was a great size, with everything we needed in it (3 beds, settee, safe, kettle, balcony, hairdryer etc) Sadly it wasn’t cleaned for most of the week & there were old nuts and hair under the bed when we arrived. We did get clean towels, varying amounts, but every day. The pool is lovely but cold. Plenty of Sunbed’s and a thin strip of beach just across from the hotel. The staff were mainly indifferent and didn’t speak much English. The food was average but not very warm and the drinks ok. Last Friday came an influx of Turkish people, for a convention, along with their families. This left us having to go out to eat as there was hardly any food left. The noise went on into the early hours and the pool was taken over by groups of men and screaming kids. When the big crowd left we went back to the peaceful hotel we had started with. Sadly after their departure the hotel began closing down around us. By Monday the pool bar & snack bar were closed & packed up, and the DJ’s desk had gone, along with half the sunbeds, umbrellas & the water fridge. The staff who were still working were generally on their phones or chatting together, service became worse not better, considering there was only around 20-25 holiday makers left. The best staff were the omelette ladies & there were a couple of decent waiters and barmen scattered around. The cleaners mostly didn’t speak or clean just changed towels! We also had bars of chocolate and sweets taken from our rooms. We reported it but the reception staff didn’t know what to do & security was not interested. Let staff take chocolate today, it will be perfume then your purse before you know it. Won’t be going back to this hotel, but if you go to Turgutreis try Salt restaurant, that’s a lovely place with great food!! And sunsets are beautiful.

All in all we really enjoyed the stay in this hotel. Pool was amazing, the services as well, but... I will start with the good things. The best this hotel can offer is the staff. Really, this is the greatest plus of our stay. Everyone was so nice, smiling, helpfull in everything we needed.Without them I would not rate our stay so high. Especially big tahnks and greetings to Ali Osman Bey in the reception desk and his troupe and then Ozgur, Serhat and the guy in the main restaurant, the guys in the snack and a'lá carte restaurant - handsome and really nice guys. Thanks to them for their work. All the services provided by the hotel and the spa were amazing as well, the outside pool, inner pool, everything. ANd the food, the food was exquisit! But. The accomodation promised to be 5*, but it was not. We have been accommodated in the ground floor next to the a'lá carte restaurants kitchen - that means a lot of noise in the evening time. In the next room the staff was sleeping overnight, the locks were broken, so we did not have the key card but a regular key. We felt like we were set aside in the employee section of the hotel. Some things in the room, like the safe or the kettle were not working and it took few days to make everything work. The room was clean, the cleaning service was really good, the staff was wery helpfull with every problem we had. I just feel like the room was not worth 5* hotel and deffinitely not the money we paid. Another thing is the animation team and animation program - it practically did not exist. There was no animation program at the pool at all (OK, twice a week some stupid gymnastics in the pool and time to play polo in the pool) There were no competitions or program in the evening, only some disco, every day the same, the animation team was seen olny smoking sisha at the pool and enjoying themselves. This was a big disappointment. As I said, we've enjoyed our stay there, but we expected a little more. I gave you the Very good rating mostly because of the extremely nice, kind, smiling and handsome staff. And because we've decided, that we will enjoy our holiday no matter what.

Hotel is very far from airport and city center, but there is a very nice and not small market 30 minutes of walk from the hotel there is even a starbucks place. Service was very good and staff are nice eventhough they dont speak english. Food is good and changed everyday also on the pool resturant, but dont try the orange juice cause it is only water even after I complained. Rooms are not quite and can hear everything outside of the rooms Cats were also guests in the hotel and joined us to the reaturant. Pool is nice and also some rooms has the private pool, we could not find sun beds cause ppl put there towels and go to sleep,could not find any of the staff to handle this.no uber and no big taxies and you cant rent a big car, so if you are a group of 5+ ppl , you can use the shuttle service from the hotel which costs 10€ per person.
Pool missing activies and the kids 15 & 12 got very boarded, other than swimming there is nothing to do.
