Awful from beginning to end. The service is horrible and the food is even worse. We thought that burgers, beers and wings on a Friday afternoon sounded like a good idea so we checked Buffalo Wild Wings in Manchester. I am not an avid fan...of chain restaurants by any means, but I figured "how do you screw up burgers and wings"? At BWW's, they'll find a way to make this unpleasant and inedible all in one trip. We sat at the bar, with only three other patrons there, and it took about ten minutes for the bartender to realize we were there since she was texting and not paying attention to what was around her......customers and her way to make money. Frightening as it is. this spacey girl with star tattoos all over her, was the least part hated about our experience. Her male colleague, coupled with the food quality topped it off. When you order wings, please bring napkins, maybe a wet nap or two. Even better, a side plate to eat off or or some silverware. Refill a beer when it's empty. Ask how my wings are - terrible. Dry and I can't believe you have to pay for blue cheese and carrots and celery. We ordered our burgers. Bacon cheese burger with grilled onion. Simple, right? "We can't do that" is what I got. Huh? "We can give u a slick of onion but we won't cook it. The menu doesn't say grilled onions, it says raw." I didn't know it was so hard to put a slice of onion next to my burger on the grill. My boyfriend asked for well-done fries. "They come the way they are cooked" was his response. What the hell? I have never in my life experience worse service and food. The burger arrived with one slice of microwave bacon, unmelted cheese and a sold dry burger. That's it. We just asked for the bill, paid and left in disgust. The ONLY time in my life I didn't at least leave 20%. I am a heavy tipper. Not this time. 15%. Nothing more. Please DO NOT waste your money on this garbage. Seriously, go to Sonic next door. That is a better burger and service you will ever get at this joint.More

We've been to a number of Buffalo Wild Wings locations and found the Manchester location in line with what we expected. Good, predicable food, noisy but exciting environment, and lots of TVs with lots of sports to watch. We found the service be be a...bit better than we've had in other locations, so we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. We'll be back the next time we're in the area.More

This is a great sports bar in Manchester neighborhood...great service...very big screens, perfect for an evening hangout...has about 60+ different beers on tap..Also typically crowded on weekends...loved it

I had been looking forward to this visit as I LOVE wings, and a sports bar environment is good with me. So disappointed. The wings were not very good, took a long time to get (even just the first hello from our server took almost...10 mins) and it was VERY loud. And not sports loud. Rap music playing the whole time. I won't be back. The wings won't bring me, and having that music so loud..too much.More

Visited the BWW in Manchester, CT today. Had the 18 piece boneless wings Thursday special, with a third parmesan garlic, a third teriyaki, and a third honey mustard. Undeniably, these were the some of the worst wings I have ever had in 60 years. The...teriyaki wings were horribly overly salty (understanding teriyaki is by nature salty), and all of them were smothered in sauce as though that would make the wings palatable. None tasted good. I would never order the wings at BWW again, at least at this location. It is a shame since the waitress, Kaitlyn, was very pleasant, and there were certainly lots of big screens with games on. The atmosphere was good - but not the wings.More

the food was great but the don side was that it took forever for us to get it. there way to busy and seem like there almost understaffed when its there busiest time

My husabnd and I went with our friends on a saturday night around 7ish. Very busy which is fine, you walk in and it's a big rom with tv screens which is a neat atmosphere but the food was terrible. I am glad we shared...the wings and a small fries. The wings are TINY! We got the boneless 10 of them for $10.49. They were so small hardly no meat on them. Then the small fries came they were $2.99 looks like McD's fries they tasted like cardboard. My husband and our friends drank I was DD. THey said the'd only go back to drink and watch tv. This place is more hype, I would spend my money again. The service was okay, very nice was hardly came over, to ask if we needed anything.More

I've been a couple times with my 2kids, under 10, and not only were we ignored, servers never came back after taking our order, except to drop the check. No refills on drinks, couldnt eat because the food was cold and the kids food was...wrong. After all that, not even a manager around to correct things...why did this place even open, the same things happen at the Windsor store!!!!!!!More

I've been to a few Buffalo Wild Wings and this location struck me as neither exceptionally good or bad. The waitstaff was attentive, the food came out promptly. I have no complaints. You know what you're getting into.

Recently went to BWW in Manchester, CT. For a "wing place" I'd rate them as less than average. Their wings are not that great. I had boneless wings - they are like chicken nuggets with sauce instead of being tenders. Their beer is expensive unless...you hit happy hour or late night. It's LOUD in there.More

Tried best of both. Boneless and with bones. I hadone of the hottest and i went back for more. I will be visiying again in dubai
