I accessed BudgetAir via Kayak. The transfer was seamless and BudgetAir completed the booking without any trouble.

BEWARE! They are a bunch of thieves. They asked me to cancel my flights and rebook so they can charge $400 + $94 AUD instead of making corrections to my name in ticket. After I myself talked to customer service of airline, budgetair.com only have to contact QAC (Qantas Agency Connect) as suggested to me by airlines itself and the names can be easily corrected. Only email is the option for contact, they take ages to reply.

Awful awful company. Let me go through and spend £500 on flights to only email me saying it didn’t go through but took the money and won’t be refunded for 5 working days. Best off booking directly with the airline because rip off companies like these will mess with your money and make you wait for it back.

BudgetAir offered a seamless booking experience, and when I had a question, they answered it very promptly. I was able to login to the airline and book my seats. Overall, I got a good deal and it was easy to book.

Budget Air is very tricky they have all the tricky add on's and when you turn them off, and go back to change something they pop back on without you knowing, be aware and make sure you go over the booking pages again and agin to see if anything else has popped onto the page to make them more money.

Recently I booked a flight through BudgetAir from Islamabad to Jakarta (vide Booking No. BAU-5588648) by Etihad Airlines. I consulted the Customer Service of the Airlines for arranging wheelchairs for me and my wife as we are pretty old and have difficulty walking or standing. I received a prompt reply and everything was done to my satisfaction. It removed a lot of pressure from my mind.

I was bit reluctant to book through site but i tried my luck, and i got great deal. They issued my ticket and i got it verified by Airlines by calling them for legit ticket.
but yeah you have to wiegh it for your reservation, based on services (seat selection, date change/ refund etc) what airlines pricing and what BudgetAir.

The online booking was easy, Try not to make any mistakes. As there is no phone number ,it seems . Contact budget Air via email . The response was very fast as was the E ticket provided after the booking was made. @ things of concern were the names being joined together on the ticket and seat s booked were not provided on all legs of the trip but you alse receive a booking summary which says you have bresevred the seats and everything will be alright. No need to panic.

To be honest after seeing the price of the flight on Google Flights I was sceptical that it was real. The booking through the site was easy, yes a whole bunch of additional options you can just skip through as they aren't really needed, and the booking appeared in the Airline website almost immediately. The follow up E-Ticket and confirmation was in my email the next morning. So a thumbs up from me on a saving of over $1200 compared to every other website for the same flight.

I was worried when I didn’t get the eticket within 12 hours so emailed them via contact form and I got response within 1-2 hours assuring me that it will be issued soon. Before end of 24hours I got the etickets. Customer service staff were good at responding but I believe it’s not 24x7 operation hence the delay.
