Hi All,

trying to build a trip , 10m days includes flight , 8 days net. will start at Tokyo and fly back from Osaka or Hiroshima .

I sit worth buying the JR pass in this instance

Would it cover the metro train inside tokyo and Osaka or Hiroshima ?

not sure if this worth it ?

Would it cover a day trip from Kyoto to Nara as well ?

You'd waste a lot of money buying the JRP, whose rates were drastically raised since last Oct. Besides, it does NOT cover any city subways in Japan.

use this to evaluate on high level.
