Britney Spears celebrated her latest conservatorship win by sharing a series of nude photos from her vacation with fiancé Sam Asghari.
The pop superstar, 39, posted several snaps of herself posing in front of a bathtub wearing nothing — except for strategically placed flower emojis.
Her post also included images of her on a secluded beach, rocking bright red bikini bottoms and covering her breasts with her hands.
“Playing in the Pacific never hurt anybody 😉💋🙊 !!!!” wrote Spears, who has developed a penchant for posting skin-baring Instagram photos throughout 2021.
Asghari, 27, shared his own content from the couple’s getaway, treating fans to video clips of a boat ride through crystal blue waters along with a plane ride. “Time to celebrate 🎉 🎊 @britneyspears,” he wrote.
Page Six exclusively reported that Spears and Asghari skipped town ahead of Wednesday’s court ruling that suspended the “Lucky” singer’s estranged father, Jamie Spears, from her conservatorship.
“Britney wanted to get away and relax with her new fiancé,” a source told us. “She did not attend the hearing virtually. She had multiple detailed conversations with her lawyer before the hearing and trusted that he would get the job done, and he did.”
Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Brenda Penny noted that it was in Britney’s “best interest” to immediately remove Jamie, 69.
“The current situation is untenable,” Penny said after hearing arguments from Jamie and Britney’s respective attorneys, Vivian L. Thoreen and Mathew S. Rosengart.
“It reflects a toxic environment which requires the suspension of James Spears effective today.”
An insider told Page Six that Britney was overcome with emotion upon learning that her dad was suspended from the restrictive legal arrangement he established in 2008 to control her financial, medical and personal affairs.
“Britney burst into tears upon hearing the judge’s decision,” the insider said. “For the longest time, she had begun to think that she would never see the day that her father’s domineering control over every single aspect of her life would end, but it finally happened.”
Britney later shared video footage of herself co-piloting a propeller plane above the ocean, writing that she was “on cloud 9.”
Meanwhile, Jamie — who allegedly hired a private security company to record Britney’s private conversations during his 13-year tenure as conservator — believes the court ruling is a “loss” for his daughter.
Britney described her conservatorship as “abusive” during a landmark court testimony in June. She also expressed a desire to sue her family and see Jamie charged with conservatorship abuse.
Britney’s attorney Rosengart told reporters on Wednesday that he plans to fully investigate Jamie’s conduct.
“I said at the outset that my firm and I were going to take a top-to-bottom look at what Jamie Spears and his representatives have done here,” he said in part. “That’s already in process, and it will continue for as long as it can possibly do that to get justice for Britney.”
A hearing to address the termination of the conservatorship is scheduled for Nov. 12.
