ULI NY Names Finalists for Development Awards

The Urban Land Institute New York recently announced the 2021 finalists for this year’s annual Awards for Excellence in Development Gala. The 6th Annual Awards Gala will take place Nov. 3 at Cipriani Wall Street.

All development team finalists for the award have demonstrated innovation, responsible land use and beneficial community impact through their groundbreaking work and projects across New York.

“ULI New York’s Awards for Excellence honor the projects that have moved the entire industry forward, not only by responding to the challenges of the day but by driving new ways of thinking and anticipating the needs of tomorrow, and firms that are committed to sustainability, as well as greater diversity, equity and inclusion,” said Brian Collins, chair, ULI NY, and EVP, director of development, Silverstein Properties, Inc.

ULI NY also announced that Kirk Goodrich, president, Monadnock Development, will receive this year’s Visionary Leadership in Land Use Award.
