    • Very curious to see how the top fashion brands ranking will change after the COVID-19. I guess many brands will go out of business by then.

    • True, found it excellent as well, it helped me with a university project right now, in the middle of this pandemic, with no colleagues or professors to help much. Thank you, WTVOX, you’re the best!

  4. When are we going to see Indian or Chinese fashion brands in the top best fashion brands in the world? Or, better said, what does it take to see other brands there? Money? Customers? Branding? Or what?

  5. Amazing and very detailed article but I have a question when it comes to the words used and their meaning:

best fashion brands vs top fashion brands vs most valuable fashion brands vs most popular fashion brands…which one is correct?

If we rank them by value, the top-ranking looks like this:
Most valuable fashion brands by brand value in $
    1 Nike $36.8 b
    2 Louis Vuitton $32.3 b
    3 Hermes $18.3 b
    4 Gucci $18.2 b

Can someone explain what do we mean by “best fashion brands”?

  6. Someone commented above asked if there’s a top of best Indian fashion brands. Of course there is, but you have to check on Indian fashion websites to know them. I shall compile a nice article for thevou and send it to the editorial team, maybe they’re kind enough to publish it here on their magazine, what do you guys think?

  7. Yes! The number 1 fashion brand is NIKE and has been at the top since 2018. To be honest, I don’t know how they do this! Nike always comes up with a new thing, like Air Jordan 1, everywhere I look I see one for crying out loud!

  9. Great selection of best fashion brands in the world but I am not sure if Rolex belongs here? I mean, I’d love for Rolex to make fashion, given the brand name and quality, and I’d be the first person to buy a Rolex pair of shoes, but I don’t think it exists.

  10. It makes sense to have any TOP of fashion brands (in the world in 2022) built according to their market value and social media popularity. It makes a lot of sense, and I say that because I always wondered how these TOPS in fashion are created. I finally understand and it makes a lot of sense.

  11. Why is it that there are no South American, Asian, or Russian fashion brands in the Top 30, or in any top of fashion brands, for that matter? Is there any reason for that?

  13. Nice list. My favorite brands are: Tommy Hilfiger, Prada, Swarovski, but not all my favorite brands made it to the podium.
