SNN Raj Entering stands out as one of the best apartments in the HSR Layout area. It feels like a gated community with all the essential amenities for daily living.

Things need improvement

There aren't many negative aspects to mention this apartment, to be honest. The only area where SNN Raj Entering could possibly improve is the gym and its facilities. Other than that, everything seems satisfactory.

Water leakage from ceilings in an apartment constructed 3-4 years ago. Rusting of the door border. A filed complaint that hasn't been resolved for 3-4 months. Only one gym available for around 1000 families. Difficulty accessing sports grounds/courts due to constant occupation. Overhyped rent.

The society is well-equipped with all the modern amenities such as all types of new sports tables, swimming pool and gym. their is ample of place for playing ground and there are many sitting decks installed in the society at many locations. nit is 10 minutes walking distance from Carol metro station and also from the main road. the parking facilities are very good and ample, so there is no shortage of parking and hence it is easily accessible from the flats as well. the security of the apartment is very good as they do not let any stranger car or person enter the society without confirming the flat owner and the purpose of their visit, this becomes one of the most vital aspects in looking for a new apartment in this generation. ,

Things need improvement

The building is a bit far from the main road, making commuting a bit difficult at times. The proximity to a drainage system can result in occasional foul smells, but efforts are being made to address this issue. Insect presence is noted, although regular pest control is conducted to manage it. Ongoing construction work can be noisy and lead to some irritation. Dust and pollution from construction may pose challenges for those with allergies. The parking lot experiences leakage issues, but the society is actively addressing and investigating the matter. Improvements such as more streetlights outside the society are suggested to enhance safety, especially during the evening when it tends to get dark.

Shapoorji Sarova in Kandivali (East), Mumbai Andheri-Dahisar by Shapoorji Pallonji Group is a residential project. Even the security is very good which is made possible by the regular police patrolling, CCTV cameras and professional security guards who are always there to protect the residents. Swimming pool, gym, park with lots of greenery does not let you go outside for the daily needs. Cabs reach this place in no time also, the bus stand is nearby.

Multi-terraced gardens, Grand pathways, sylvan nooks and corners. It is a nice project with beautiful environment in the society. The biggest reason to stay here is that it is pocket friendly and it is much easier to travel any part of the city without any hassle as the connectivity is quite good. All the basic amenities like shops, malls, metro station, schools and major colleges are nearby. Safety and security is taken care nicely with the support of CCTV cameras and security guards which greatly reduce the fear of any kind of problem to the kids or women. Sometimes there is a network issue so, it might not be suitable for work from home environment.

Kandivali East is a fast developing resdiential area that has good amenities and infrastructure. This locality is on the western expressway and is close to the international airport. The only problem is of water logging during rains and periodic water scarcity.
