Damn good quality for an older show
I'll admit, I only originally watched this series because of Nancy McKeon... my guilty pleasure, more or less. At the time, I think I was about 11 or 12 when this came out. However being an adult now, I get more sucked into the storylines than ever. It's also a weird blast from the past for me and makes me feel good watching it. But I digress.The quality of this is... well, actually it's pretty amazing considering how old the show is. It's also not a popular or easy to find one at that... so overall I was pretty impressed, to say the least. The DVDs come in sort of a mini book, much like you'd find in those zip cases. The packaging was perfect and vacuum-sealed. I haven't run into any skips yet, though at times - and I can't remember if it's just the scene itself - but the picture slowed a bit. Granted this could have been to whatever was happening in the scene, but just thought I'd mention it.Only watched season 1 and I am so far very happy w/ my purchase. For 25.00 and all 4 seasons in English... wow. The only thing I will say is that it's not exactly clear how these were made. It seems like a legit DVD set... but at the same time they seem ripped from someone who knew what they were doing. I wish that was made a little more obvious, but overall that part doesn't really matter.I highly recommend to anyone who has been looking for the show, no longer has cable to watch the re-runs, etc.
