So easy to book online. Martin was there to meet us after passing through customs. Very easy to find with sign board. Van was clean, free bottles of water provided and a map of Prague and info booklet. We had difficulties with our phone service, so Martin was good, to call our accomodation for us and check they were going to be there to meet us. Arrived safely and Martyn pointed out attraction on drive from Airport. Made our arrival Stress free. Thankyou Martin.

You can book with confidence with this company, everything they promise on their site is genuine. We booked a return transfer between airport and city hotel in Prague and both trips were excellent. The drivers arrived on time and both were polite and professional and the taxis were spotlessly clean. Bottled water is provided both ways and a map and free sightseeing tour are offered during the journey to your hotel. We would definitely book again with this company again if we return to Prague. 5* from us.

The difference between a Good company and a Bad company is how they rectify errors and treat customers. This is a Bad company! Having booked a return trip to the airport and received an acknowledgement we expected a seamless transfer. Unfortunately although the driver was in the hotel lobby as we checked out it seems he didn't bother to ensure that the first person to approach him was actually his correct passenger and departed. After a short while we called the company who checked and admitted the error but then told us they couldn't help and all we could do was take public transport to the airport!! To make matters worse, when the incorrect passenger paid the driver we received the invoice by email saying we had paid. Mistakes happen but to just brush a customer off without even trying to rectify the problem is disgusting and I would not recomment to anyone - use Bolt or Uber.

Amazing service; the driver was early, reminded me that is there via 2 messaging platforms, prepaid rates are fair (if you search other companies you be surprised what they charge) driver speaking English and friendly. The bottom line is I do recommend this service.

5 star service. We had a shared transfer, on arrival we shared with one other couple, on departure, we had our own car. Both drivers were excellent. We were delighted to be given a map and guidebook on arrival, and we joined their free walking tour (tip the guide), which we enjoyed too. This company is excellent.

Can only recommend this company. The driver was waiting on us when we arrived and we got to our hotel with no issues. The cab was clean and nice. It was the same going home. The driver was there on time and with no issues. And we left the hotel at 03:30. The send out a confermation email the day before

Easy organized and convenient pickup from Prague airport to hotel for 750 CZK. Martin Stransky was at the airport holding an orange sign with my name on it. They track your flight and wait for free if there’s a delay. In addition, they emailed me the driver’s name and cell number just in case there were any last minute changes. Was able to prepay online but can also pay at time of pickup. The driving was safe and the car was very clean. Uber is cheaper (usually around 600 CZK) but you will wait for the Uber and then have to find them in the parking lot. Would highly recommend this company for a stress free Prague airport pickup.

A great experience right from the point of making the booking. We used them for return transfers from Prague airport to our hotel in the city. Lots of clear communication ahead of flying out to Prague and again ahead of the return journey. Both times the drivers arrived promptly, were very friendly and the cars were very well presented. The journeys themselves were very smooth and relaxing. The driver from the airport also provided lots of tips and advice for our weekend in the city. Fantastic service!

Fantastic service I entered my payment details incorrectly but after I sent an email this was quickly resolved, I opted to pay cash each way. the Drivers both ways David and Adam were Both very professional and very knowledgeable. I received a message to say my driver (David) was waiting at arrivals with an orange card with my name on and I saw him as soon as we came through the door. When we were waiting to get picked up from the hotel I received a message to say the driver would be 10 minutes late, which he was exactly, this stopped us worrying that we had been forgotten about 😀. I would highly recommend this company both for their service and the very competitive price.
