The fact that I am writing a review is enough to show how awful of an experience I had with Linda. I called because I was having issues with my home insurance policy. Before I could say anything Linda proceeded to tell me what I was calling about and said, “Oh let me guess you went to another agent and now you want my help.” Every time I tried to speak she cut me off and began rambling. Her behavior was erratic and completely unprofessional. She hung up on me three times stating I was being difficult because I would not allow her to “deal with my situation,” yet she never gave me the opportunity to explain “my situation.”

Aweful customer service the agent there Linda was very rude and unprofessional even called us stupid when we were asking questions I would not recommend anyone to go to this location
