EDWARDSVILLE — There is “growing frustration and concern” with the leadership of the Edwardsville School District over safety, curriculum changes and students’ bad behavior, according to a recent letter from the officers of the teachers’ union. “Morale is even lower than when staff were subjected to seven years of salary freezes,” reads the letter sent last month to Superintendent Patrick Shelton and the school board from the Edwardsville Education Association.
