IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION

Before proceeding with your booking, guests are asked to read the points below:

• All guests wanting to go into the Waterpark are required to purchase an admission ticket at the advertised price. As per our safeguarding policy, nobody is admitted without a ticket. There is no separate area for spectators, our Waterpark is an open plan facility. Please ensure that you are purchasing enough tickets to cover each member of your party that is wanting to enter the Waterpark. For those not wanting to purchase an admission ticket they may utilise the Reception area at the front of our building where there is comfortable seating, wi-fi and a Café.
• We will be unable to transfer dates or sessions once booked.
• All tickets are strictly non transferrable and non refundable.
• Upon completion of your booking you will receive a booking confirmation from us - Please check spam and junk folders in case your confirmation lands in here.

Important: If you, or any member of your party has symptoms of COVID-19, we advise you not to book a visit to Sandcastle Waterpark.
