Finally, the big let down

Finally, finally got enough points to cash out after being denied points for surveys I completed. I was happy because I just want to get my gc and be done with this, but no, I tried to redeem my gc and it says my phone number is not valid. Odd because I have been on the phone all afternoon.

Don’t Waste Your Time!

The instructions indicate that you will receive up to a $100 reward. The reward is the selection of 4 magazines with 3 free copies and an automatic renewal with a $2 processing fee for each. So the time that I took to complete their survey, for their client’s benefit, would cost me money and a headache to cancel magazines that I don’t need. Don’t waste your time.

This company SUCKS!!

This company SUCKS!!! they are leaches, they aggressively try to offer rewards for their surveys. Then they never allow you to be accepted because you never meet their criteria. It's too bad they do not allow for negative 5 stars. I'd actually give them a negative 10 star. I am a small animal practitioner so I get bombarded by Bizrate. Let me say it 1 last time: Bizrate SUCKS!!!

The panel surveys allow you to earn points in exchange for feedback - unfortunately they have a limited number of space for completed surveys and it looks like you may not have qualified. Do anyone of you know how to cancel the magazines and stop the virus email crap? Figured out it's scammers when I just got my first daily 25 dollar giveaway put my name email go to press "enter now" and underneath the square ubove the "enter now" I notice "Please use the email associated with your PayPal account". Sirously that's why I'm in here cuz now I'm afraid of them getting and messing up everything I got. Help if you can cuz you all explained what is happening to my email computer accounts..

Bait-n-Switch

If they would have told me up front about magazine subscriptions then I would not have given them my information. I guess they know and that's why they use a "$100 in savings" reward bait. I was shopping for clothes for crying out loud, not magazines! I should have known better and I'm probably going to spend the next few weeks unsubscribing from many unwanted solicitations. I think my personal information is more valuable than their magazine subscriptions which makes this an unfair trade practice in my opinion.

Extortion to their own resell buyers like you, Liers and Bad Service, Very Rude!

Brand name online "Marshal" and on Amazon.com "Menswallet"

There owner and employees are using force in the practice of obtaining something, especially money, through force or threats.

I do not support their business, brand, and there weak practices. YOU SHOULD NOT SUPPORT. WASTE OF TIME and investment in brand.

PHONE NUMBER to Unsubscribe!

PHONE NUMBER! (to unsubscribe from magazines at bottom) No discount online and started receiving four magazines to my home address while I was out of state. I just received a post card that would easily be tossed as junk mail but I'm a goof that likes to read even ingredients.
It takes a minute to unsubscribe by teleprompter, just do it one at a time b/c the voice will try to get you to keep the subscriptions by pushing back the payment date...Good Luck...

BizRate is a total scam

BizRate is a total scam. You will waste your time attempting to complete a survey as it is nearly impossible to do so. After spending 5-10 minutes answering questions you are told you don’t qualify and are switched to another where you start the process all over again and again and again. If you do manage to reach 5000 points (the lowest amount to redeem for a $5 gift card) good luck redeeming. Customer Service is almost non-existent and useless. This company is really about selling magazine subscriptions that are cheap to begin with and then outrageously expensive and tricky to cancel. Do yourself a favor and don’t get involved on any level.

After you purchase something from a…

After you purchase something from a company that uses Bizrate they pull you in with saying that give a $25 reward ten times a day...then, after you submit your personal information, they take you to a site that offers magazines to sign up for/buy and they say this is the $25 reward. Very deceptive and unprofessional. Also, they do not publish a phone number to get in contact with them so apparently they don't want to hear any complaints...Beware of their scam

“Free Stuff”

Claimed to be giving free magazine subscriptions then charged a “processing fee” for each with auto renewal automatic and no option to turn it off. Scammy behavior and I do not recommend.

The offer is explained in detail at the start of the survey, again before submitting the survey and finally on the partner's offer page. The magazines are complimentary for the first term, all for just a nominal shipping or processing fee. Magazines can be canceled and the renewal option turned off at any time by calling or emailing their customer service center using the contact information provided in the order confirmation email.

Take the Data...no Credit

You can spend 30 minutes completing a survey...it is completed and then the screen blanks and you are told you were not eligible. The consistently rip off their participants by taking the data and then awarding 0 points. It is simply dishonest. Find another company if you wish to do surveys...these guys are crooks.

Don’t waste your time.

Every single time I agree to do a survey for a company I shop with that has a bizrate survey at the end claiming to enter me into a $25 daily drawing it never ever works. You answer the questions, then when it comes time to possibly “pay up” It crashes or I get a message, “Sorry we were unable to connect to our servers at this time.” Just clickbait for bizrate because they got the survey they are paid to get from you, got your email for free and now will begin the never ending email shower by them AND their “partners”. And what did you get? Nothing but an offer to do more surveys for more non existent rewards.

cash out often

This site works fine for awhile but then they will lock your account for unknown reasons and not respond to emails. If you use the site, cash out as often as you can so you don't lose a bunch of points when they decide you are no longer worthy for whatever reason.

Dont waste your time

Not gonna lie. They suck. If they dont like the answers you give for their surveys you get kicked off the survey midway through and get no credit for the work you put in. Apparently just now my account was cancelled because "the quality of your answers were considered poor". Ummmm, you want my honesty but my answers dont line up with what you want to hear. Heheh ok. Amd any credit I had for the work I did put in previously is gone forever.

Forklift request rental charged cc never got

i ordered a forklift on Monday. David told me no problem. Give me your cc number. We can get it to you the next day. The next day he calls says having problems finding one. Said ok but I need it tomorrow. Call me and let me know. Still no forklift. But charged my cc already. On Friday he finally called after he told me he would call by end of the day Thursday. Didn't! I called Friday told him I needed a refund on my cc. He called said good news. I said never mind. I have one and its delivered. He said oh ok where did you get it. I told him SUNBELT RENTALS. LUKE HE NEEDED TO KNOW ANYTHING bc he couldn't make it happen. Still on Tuesday no refund!!!

Very cheaply made parts.

I purchased an aftermarket hood for my BMW 325 from PartsGeek.com and I just have to say, the part was very cheaply made. Remarkably, I was actually able to talk to one of their managers pretty quickly on the phone and she did a good job taking the time to speak with me, however, the product truly is junk in terms of quality, so buyer beware.

Total scammers

Total scammers. Do not waste your time!! I feel like a fool wasting all my time doing surveys and when I tried to cash out they told me I violated their terms and conditions but wouldn't tell me how I had done that. So instead of getting 5 dollar amazon gift card reward I got kicked out of the program. Scam Alert!!!!!!!

Complete Waste of Precious Time

Spent nearly 40 minutes on a survey providing honest and thoughtful answers. After I completed the survey a Bizrate screen pops up and tells me I did not qualify because the computer thought I took the survey too fast and may not have provided honest answers which is not true. Don't you love it when a machine tells you you are wrong? I would give them zero stars but that was not an option. Forget Bizrate.

Scam

Scam. After office max purchase they say to complete a survey to be entered to win a gift card. Actually, you complete the survey, then you have to enter the gift card giveaway separately and in the process agree to give away all your information to third parties. Very misleading and means I took 10 minutes to complete a survey for nothing. I was willing to give office max feedback on my purchase but not willing to then give info to a third party. Typical bait and switch.
