    Terrific value for money with the Prix Fixe menu. No skimping on portion sizes either. A great venue for a memorable lunch with stunning views across Birmingham from the 24th floor.

    We made a lunch reservation and enjoyed the preset menu. We also did the wine flight and were transported out of this world. The food, paired with the insane windows, truly has you floating in the clouds. This is an experience you don't want to miss! Our lunch was so great that we ended up coming again later in the week for dinner while here on business.

    Our experience was just ok. For our wedding anniversary we would have expected a nice nod to this as we have usually had this at other places and it really is a nice touch for a special occasion. The service was slow considering it was very quiet on a Monday. We ordered a second round of cocktails once our main course arrived and they had still not arrived once we had finished our main courses so we cancelled our order and settled the bill. I am unsure whether I would recommend Orelle to a friend. I also find it odd that there is no cloakroom upon arrival and that the washrooms are on the lower floor.

    Having been told our table was for 2 hours and 30 minutes, we planned for that as this was a birthday lunch prior to the theatre. Three of our party opted for the full three course Sunday lunch and two of us for mains and dessert only. When after 2 hours and 15 minutes they were only just clearing our main course, we had to leave without dessert, but we’re still charged for two courses. Not our problem that they were struggling with service. The limoncello as an apology was nice, but we shouldn’t have been charged for two courses. Would not recommend for Sunday lunch.

    Fantastic meal with outstanding service. We asked for a great table as it was a special birthday for one of our party and they didn't disappoint. The restaurant is lovely, great ambiance. However it's the food and service that really give this place it's 5 stars. Amazing Tasting Menu that I can still recall every course now! Well worth a visit.

    The waitress couldn’t do what I requested on my booking. Decided to put happy bday to Roy made my girlfriend look at me foolishly. I was embarrassed and I left after paying my bills.

    All of our part opted for the 3 course Prix Fixe menu with accompanying wine flight. Cocktails to start. Service wasn't rushed, we were able to take time over our meal. Quality of food was very good, only criticism is that the one vegetarian option of risotto was a very small portion compared to other dishes on offer. A side dish was essential to bulk up the offering. Great experience though and would consider visiting again.

    Great service by good friendly waiting staff. Fantastic view (we booked for earlier In the evening to see the setting sun whilst we looked over all the bits of Birmingham which we know). I liked the food that i ordered very much - champignons starter and pork main.

    Unfortunately despite ordering chicken they then advised us it had all been sold. I would have thought chicken was the most popular. I don’t eat beef so had the pork. This was dry and the crispy skin was awful and not crispy.

    The whole experience was wonderful, very friendly staff, a great setting and the food was amazing. I must give a special mention to the service staff, we had the chefs taster menu (stunning) and was left alone to enjoy each course without feeling rushed.

    Food was delicious apart from the Yorkshire pudding. Lovely restaurant with incredible views of Birmingham. A place to dine for a special occasion.

    Excellent as always. The Sunday Roast is very good value for money especially the 3 courses. There is a wide range of starters and desserts to choose from. All were lovely.

    I have got no words to say — this experience was genuinely unique and one of the best restaurants to ever visit. First of all the view was Amazon and could see the whole of Birmingham from the top like - wow. The food was rated a 3/5 however the main course brought it back up to 4/5 so that’s great. However the only issue was we had to wait just about 55 minutes for starters but it was worth it to a certain limit. The receptionist whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch deserves a big raise as I had given her a gift to give to my mom and she fulfilled my request as effective. So thank you to her and everyone else that gave us a wonderful experience

    Lovely location with outstanding views across the City, Fabulous food, cocktails and wines. Excellent attentive service. Live music of the highest standard. Looking forward to our next visit.
