Bill Brown Ford is the best Dealership around.

Bill Brown Ford is the best Dealership around. I just purchased a Chili Red Hot Pepper Bronco Sport and I love it. The Sales Department and Service Department Rock. Tell all my friends and family to come to this Dealership. This is the best Dealership around. They treat customers like family.

Had an appointment to have recall work done.

Had an appointment to have recall work done. The day before my appointment I received a message saying that the appointment is not for service, it is to meet with the service advisor. After that, the service could take up to two days. I have had that “appointment” for one month. The actual time to perform the recall is only 2 hours. Also included in the message was a note that all other work could take 5-7 days. As it is my only vehicle, I cannot to be without it for 2 days, let alone 5-7 days for other work. When is an appointment not an appointment. I cancelled my appointment and will take all service and future vehicle purchases to another, more customer focused dealer.

Thanks for your response but I have already had the work done at another dealer. They completed it in less than one day and there was no discussion of whether an appointment was an appointment or just a meeting with the service advisor. John

John D always treats me good.

John D always treats me good. Have leased several F-150s from him and happy each time. There were several road blocks with covid and parts delays on the last two trucks but he always came thru!
