I had the works performed, which includes checking tire pressure supposedly. I don't know why two days later after the service I was receiving a low air tire pressure reading. I went to discount tire to find out. I only had 32 pounds in the tire they required 45 pounds and two days? also, I did not receive a car wash, which for years I have always received upon service to my vehicle including oil changes.

The staff was friendl and the service was fast. The customer waiting area was clean and spacious with complimentary coffee and bottled water. The service representative provided me with service recommendations from the mechanic. I will definitively return for future oil changes.

This is for Quick Lane. Very professional. Listened to my description of the problem and documented it exactly. Had an intermittent metal scraping noise after service and they scheduled an appointment for service. They found the problem and fixed it no charge! As service departments go, they are very straight forward.

Understanding the relationship of being upside down on a potential loan, I do not feel the salesman was willing to negotiate the selling price vs the asking price. I traveled approximately 70 miles to the dealership. Obviously, I was interested in the vehicle.
