generated a huge interest in playing rugby. When he was at Endeavour Sports
High School (2005–2008) and Newington College (2009–2010), he kept himself busy
featuring in school-level rugby competitions.
Ben ’s exceptional success at the domestic level earned him a fitting place in New South Wales Waratahs squad for the 2013 Super Rugby season. Prior to that, he also represented Australia U20 in the 2011 IRB Junior World Championship.
Following a three-season stint for Waratahs, Ben signed for a New Zealand professional rugby team Crusaders in 2016. Meanwhile, he also booked his place to feature for Fiji in the Rugby World Cup.
Ben featured for Melbourne Rebels in the 2017 Super League season. Just after a season with the Rebels , Volavola moved to France and joined Bordeaux Begles for 2017-18 Top 14 season. He later joined another French team Racing 92
