Belle Rive is a proposed planned community to be situated on a 24-acre oceanfront site in Jacmel, Haiti. Upon completion, Belle Rive will be equipped with all the amenities of an upscale residential community comprised of villas, single family homes, condos and townhouses. The complex will also features a commercial space for restaurants, boutiques and other shops. The first phase will feature five 3BR/2BA units, several townhomes and 2BR/2BA condo units. Total project costs are estimated at $3.4 million.
