Worth every penny. Living in southampton we share a bond with belfast, but this is how the Titanic should be remembered, an absolutely stunning visitor attraction. From the growth of Belfast to the development of the yards and eventually the creation of 'that ship' Titanic belfast tells it all. I really cannot find fault...and we didn't even get to go on the 'ride ' as it had broken down

I can’t speak to all of the exhibits. As a lover of modern Irish history, I mostly stuck to the exhibition on the Troubles. But, even if that’s all you’re interested in going here for, it’s a great (and free!) place to stop. It’s also near Queens University and the Botanic Gardens, so it’s worth spending a few hours in the area.

This was an amazing experience. The tour guide was very helpful and welcoming. We felt we learned so much about the history of the Irish FA, great players and managers and the story Windsor Park. I could not recommend this tour highly enough. Thank you!

We really enjoyed seeing HM Caroline. Ed was really good doing the tour, interacted very well with everyone, and made the experience very enjoyable with great information about the ship.
We managed to see most part of the ship, but there are other parts, unfortunately, out of bounds. The history is amazing, especially the battle of Jutland. The HMS Caroline is well kept considering she was launched in 1914. A must see when visiting Belfast

A fantastic location which made the science teacher in me geek out a lot. There were enough items for an 18month old to do but the main age range must be 3-12 years old and I would say they will have a blast.

There were so many hands on activities which were all very well maintained (not 1 station was broken in the whole place!). Despite the place being nearly at capacity due to poor weather in the school holidays it did not feel overly crowded once you were in.

Fun and educational - a must do for family’s in the area!

I will tour guide recommended that we eat here for lunch and we were certainly not disappointed. The beautiful tea room was located in the elegant library which had a fascinating poster collection amongst other exhibits. The staff are extremely friendly and the food was delicious. My vegetarian breakfast was one of the best that I have ever had.

    WOW!
This little museum is hidden away out the back of the Peace Wall, but it is totally worth seeking out! It is totally free, and they welcome donations to help support it.
I expected it to be very small, but although it only really takes up one room, there is a tonne of exhibits - newspaper entries, photos, models, objects made by prisoners... You can easily spend an hour here and I'd like to see it get a larger location.
    Staff are friendly and helpful.
I was completely blown away by the work by prisoners. They are some seriously talented people!
What I liked the most was the emphasis on facts and absence of blame or one-sidedness. This is a seriously good museum and everyone should see it, locals and interested tourists.

We undertook this tour as part of a University student field trip focused on Northern Ireland and the 'Troubles'. We were keen to ensure we received an insight into perspectives drawn from all sides and that is what we got. This Museum is well worth a visit. The displays were clearly laid out and covered the range of history associated with Orange Heritage. The staff were friendly, approachable and the excellent guide provided information that was both informative and balanced. We will come again but we will need to add more time to the visit (at least 90 minutes) as there is so much to see and read.

Brilliant service and food in the cafe bar! Big shout out to Steven our waiter - service with a smile and nothing was any bother:)
Such a great venue for adults and kids alike. Check out their events page. Support local Arts and remember it's a charity! Use it or lose it!

It's a really lovely, small museum. This gives an almost personal account of WW2 in Belfast. Some lovely memorabilia. The lady who was there today, 21st Feb 2024, was very knowledgeable

On the Falls Road Belfast. Lovely big Ulster Fry with a pot of tea.

5 people are well for under £50

Traditional Irish music was being played by a couple of local musicians.

Flew over to Belfast specially to visit this museum. So full of information and the staff are lovely and really helpful. Shop was full of things to buy and great militaria at a budget friendly price. Work was being done when we went with scaffolding but it was just as good as I think it would have been normally! They helped traced records of my relatives in the regiment and the information and artefacts themselves were really informative. The staff had 1-1 conversations and expanded on the information around. A small but brilliant place.
