The password for the old Online Banking website and the BDO Digital Banking app is unchanged and maintained separately.

This is such a terrible app. You can't even look up any previous transactions on your account. Just gives you your balance. That is it! If I can give a zero star review I would. I preferred the old app way better. I had my account, mortgage and credit card listed and I had more control or features over it. With the new one it is just showing my local account. And I live overseas so online banking is a must for me. BDO listen to your bad reviews!

I'm unable to access my BDO Online account through the app. Even though I'm entering the correct username and password, the app prompts me that my account is locked. When I try to reset my password, I don't receive the One-Time PIN (OTP) via SMS. This makes it difficult to regain access to my account. It would be helpful if the app provided alternative methods for resetting passwords in case OTP delivery fails.

Digital banking app is better. Lists of balance every transaction for tracking, this is totally different, it doesn't have that feature. This also doesn't allow me to transfer sometimes, it says unsuccessful even though internet is fine & I have enough balance. I don't know what's wrong. I hope old app was not deleted-all of my transactions there were smooth, compared with this app I liked that better, I'm a new user and experiencing lots of trouble. I hope you fix those unsuccessful transfers.
