One great experience at Baxter! We had a terrible experience with lying salesmen from Corwin Toyota (NEVER GO THERE!) and were very cautious about all sales people. However, Baxter Toyota sales team exceeded all our expectations. We initially talked to Maria about getting a vehicle. The vehicle we wanted was in transit with no ETA. Maria went above and beyond to secure another one with the same specs from another dealership and kept us in the loop the entire time. Everything went smooth and we got the vehicle we wanted much sooner than we originally thought. Sicilia assisted us during the transactions and was very helpful and informative regarding all inquiries. Jake helped us to set up the electronics in the car and pair it with my phone. He was thorough and knowledgeable as well. We are coming back to purchase our second car there! Thank you to Baxter team!

We purchased a Grand Highlander and love the vehicle even though we were unable to get the color we originally wanted.Justin and Sicilia were both very nice and had great communication through out this 9 month process. Tommy was also a big help in getting the car set up for us since we are not that tech savvy. All of these people have been so kind to offer their personal numbers to us, as to help with any questions or concerns we may have as time goes along. Great experience!

Evan Fauss then helped with the paperwork and other information selling me the car. Evan was also great and very nice as well! Jake kept checking in as I sat and got all of the information about the car which was so sweet. I would recommend them both, they were wonderful!
