Anyone have the map that i can see and print for my reference.?
thanks
Here is the BART map:
I don't think there is a single Muni map for general use, too many routes. (I am pretty sure they have one for their own use.) I think 7/11 sells some kind of bus map.
You can download a map for muni at http://www.sfmta.com/maps/muni-system-map . It shows all the muni lines in San Francisco and I believe the Bart stations are shown on the map. Bart has a map on their web page at http://www.bart.gov/stations . They only really have one set of tracks going through San Francisco and you're likely to only use it to and from the airport.
You can get directions from Google maps if you have a smart phone. You can also purchase a printed muni map from some muni vendors such as the kiosk near the cable car turnaround or the visitor information center in the sunken plaza by Powell Street station.
Bay City Guide has maps available for download. http://www.baycityguide.com/maps/maps.html
Muni sells a system map but it's not available for purchase online, you have to be here to get it. It is however, very large when unfolded. It's likely you can find something that meets your needs that is free and a bit easier to fold up.
The Bay City Guide has some of the best Muni maps tailored for tourists. Muni's system map is available for sale in person, and a free PDF of it exists on its website (see link above). However, the Muni system map is exceedingly comprehensive and many tourists find it overwhelming.
I recommend using the Bay City Guide for most things, and you can refer to the Muni system map if you have any outstanding questions. FYI, most major bus stops and all Muni Metro stations have system maps posted.
As for BART, BART does publish a system map that shows connecting bus and rail lines, including Muni. However, that map is available only inside stations. Only the regular BART system map is available online.
Thanks, so much.
thanks for the info on the maps.
