Barbara Jean Wilson

Barbara Jean Linson Wilson, 83, of Fulton died on August 6, 2021. She was born on March 26, 1938 in Monette, AR to Arthur O. and Opal D. Brown Linson. Bobbie was an inspirational woman who always had a positive attitude and loved her family. She loved to be outside working in her flower garden. In her spare time, Bobbie loved to crochet blankets, put puzzles together, and work cross word puzzles. She loved shopping, going to flea markets and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. She is survived by her husband of 51 years, James R. Wilson, two daughters, MaDonna Smith of Mexico, MO and Jacqui (Scott) McSpadden, of Batesville, AR; four grandchildren, Greg (Holly) Judkins, Jaime Judkins, both of Cape Girardeau, Wilson McSpadden, and Colten (Katherine) McSpadden, both of Batesville, AR; four great-grandchildren, Benjamin Judkins, Hattie Judkins, Evan Judkins, all of Cape Girardeau, Drake McSpadden, and Anna Grace McSpadden due in October, both of Batesville, AR; one great great-granddaughter, Gionna Judkins of Cape Girardeau; four sisters-in-law, Ruth Linson, Barb Linson, Connie Linson, all of St. Charles, Judy (Kenny) Dickrader of Jefferson City; and several nieces and nephews. Bobbie is preceded in death by her parents; three brothers, Dean Linson (her beloved twin), Melvin Linson, and Elvin Linson; son-in-law, Brian Smith; and a great-grandson, Rylan McSpadden. Graveside services will be held on August 10, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at Hillcrest Cemetery with Chaplain Bill Barkman officiating. Pallbearers are Greg Judkins, Scott McSpadden, Wilson McSpadden, Colten McSpadden, Ben Judkins, and Kenny Dickradar. A special thank you to Kindred Hospice and Fulton Nursing and Rehab for the wonderful care they provided the last couple of years.
