+ -1 moreDawn is the best! This is the 2nd property she sold for me - a house in Vancouver about $260,000. The 1st property she sold for me was a condo at $114,000. Most of the houses she sells are more expensive that mine. She's great with any type of property or price range. Her experience and knowledge of the market are wonderful and she's on top of everything that happens during the entire selling process.
Description of Work: Dawn listed and sold my house. Her marketing was excellent, and the house sold quickly for close to the listing price. She helped me stage the house, advised me on remodeling that would increase the house's value, and did a great job analyzing the market to tell me what was a good listing price.
