Log in to the Mobile App with your Fingerprint

Use your fingerprint and saved Bank of America User ID to enjoy the quickest, simplest way to log in to the Mobile Banking app^Footnote[5]. The app uses the fingerprint already stored on your device.

Using your Apple^® and Android™ finger-enabled device, go to the Bank of America Mobile Banking app
Type or select your User ID, check the box to Set up Touch ID (Apple) or Set up fingerprint login (Android)
Log in as usual

Replace a lost, stolen or damaged card

You can order a replacement card online anytime.^Footnote[6] And if your card or checkbook is lost or stolen, let us know immediately to help reduce your risk of financial loss and identity theft.

You asked. We listened. Now you can view and redeem rewards for your eligible credit cards right from your secure Mobile Banking app.

Open your mobile app and log in
Select your eligible credit card rewards account
Tap View/redeem in the Rewards section

Lock or unlock your debit card^Footnote[8]

Misplaced your debit card? You can temporarily lock your card to help prevent unauthorized transactions while you look for it.

You'll get a confirmation shortly after you lock your card — and when you find your card again, unlocking it is just as easy.

Choose the cash back deals you want

Use the Mobile Banking app to see all your cash back deals. With BankAmeriDeals^®^Footnote[9], you earn cash back on deals you choose when you pay with your eligible Bank of America^® debit or credit card.

Take the pain out of paying bills

Set up one-time or recurring online payments with Bill Pay. It's the convenient, reliable and safe way to pay your bills from a single site with just one password. Many bills can be paid electronically as soon as the next business day (utilities, cable, phone).^Footnote[15] And once you've signed up in Online Banking, you can even pay bills using the Mobile Banking app.

Transfer money between your accounts

Easily move money between your Bank of America banking and Merrill Edge^® investment accounts^Footnote[16]or your accounts at other banks.^Footnote[17] You can quickly transfer money to:

Pay your Bank of America credit card or mortgage accounts
Set up automatic transfers from your checking to savings accounts

Deposit your paycheck the quick, convenient way

Direct Deposit automatically deposits your monthly income-such as your salary, pension and Social Security-into your checking, savings or money market account. And it's available the same day for withdrawal. You can also set up mobile app^Footnote[2] or email alerts to notify you when a direct deposit has been credited to your account.

To set up direct deposit with your employer, you'll need:

Your Bank of America account and routing numbers
Your employer's address

Mobile Check Deposit just got better

Now you can save, print or email a copy of the check when you deposit funds using the Mobile Banking app and the camera on your smartphone or tablet.^Footnote[18] You'll also receive a confirmation so you know your check is processing.
