The hotel is ok but the service isn't. I requested for handicap access but wasn't honored. Room service unavailable. Phones in the room is only there for display. Complained about is but the manager desiree just laughed about it. Did not take my concern seriously. I waited in line to be seen by guest service's because I needed a disposable toothbrush (I don't mind paying) but after waiting for over an hour I was told to go back to the line because the priority is check in. Very bad customer service. The room's temperature is extremely hot because of the heater. When I complained desiree told me just to call the corporate and when I called the corporate I was told that the only way they can solve this is they will waive early check out fee and for me to book a room at a different hotel like rio! And pay an additional $55 fee. I was so upset. Instead of fixing the problem in the room they just completely ignored me. FYI if you also need hot water the manager told me that they do not provide that because it's a fire hazard. I can not believe this.

The lineup to checkin was literally out the door with only 4 humans at the counter and about 12 self help kiosks also with a massive lineup. We checked our bags and returned a few times over 3+ hours for the lineup to finally be decent. Upon finally checking in (with ONE human at the counter by then) our RESERVED king bed would not be honoured. They only had queen beds left. To get a king bed we had to pay 50.00 a night more to “upgrade” to a suite. The AC wasn’t working. 2 Technicians later we finally had a cool room on our last of 4 night stay. Despite them offering and us accepting to get our room cleaned each day they didn’t clean it the 1st 2 days. AND the room had moths flying around as did the hallways. Chasing them around as they buzzed the lights above our bed was a new added Las Vegas activity we weren’t expecting. I put in a call 60+ hours ago to “escalate” our complaint about the blatant rip off of room price upgrade to get a king bed we reserved in December. Despite being assured I’d get a call from a Manager in 24 hours nobody has bothered to call. I called again and was finally offered a 3 day waiver of the resort fee. I took it only because I’m certain nobody is going to call. We’ve always stayed at 3 properties mid-strip at Horseshoe or Paris or Planet Hollywood. Never again. Time to move to MGM Group of properties.

Check in was a bit annoying. We were there at 2:45. If we checked in then it would cost extra. However, if we wait and check in at 3:00 there would be no additional cost if a room was available at that time. We waited til 3:00.

The room was just ok - nothing special. When renos were done in the bathroom, the extremely old and worn out cabinet was kept for the sink. There was an odor of some kind of spray which might be trying to mask other smells. This odor was quite prevalent around the elevators in the lobby. No coffee pot in the room - not sure if that is standard in Vegas. A kiosk in the hotel was selling muffins or croissants for $6 each. A small coffee was also $6. A medium coffee can be had for $1.79 at nearby McDonald's. Then of course there is the mandatory resort fee of $43+ which we are still not sure what it's for, but I guess most hotels are charging a resort fee. One of the hotel reps also couldn't tell us what it was for besides the gym.

Will definitely stay in a hotel with a NON smoking casino next time.

I booked a room here at it was reasonably priced, or so I thought. It was not until I was there that I discovered that internet access is limited to two devices per room. If you want to use more devices that'll be $14.99 a day.
As is now the norm in Las Vegas there are no tea and coffee facilities in the room. I was expecting this but not the $6+ charge for a takeaway coffee from the outlet in the hotel lobby. Nor was I prepared for the extortionate price of drinks from the bars in the resort. A bottle of beer and a spirit and mixer was over $32. Walk down the road to the Mirage and there was an offer of two spirits and mixers for $16. Needless to say, I kept returning to the Mirage rather than drinking in Bally's.
On a more positive note, the room was large and clean. Less positive was the half-hour wait to get the shower fixed when the tap failed leaving the shower running on hot

This place has become the Circus-Circus of Caesar's properties. Every floor and room smells like cannibis. You can't get though a single table game without player's yelling at the dealers. Makes for a very unpleasant and uncomfortable experience.
Not worth staying at all anymore. Not even worth a visit.

Bally's has been around a long time and parts of it show it. Still, the slots area has been expanded since our last visit and the connection to Paris makes it simple to stay warm if the weather is bad. Our room was quite nice but we got a view of an air conditioning unit. The good news is we weren't there for the room view.

Brittany on the casino floor, long black hair, light skin and a messed up left eye is a real winner. A real ray of sunshine lmfao. Awful. Terrible. Rude, nasty and disgusting. Lives for ruining people's vacations. Hotels full of hidden fees, maids don’t properly clean rooms and every other employee speaks to you in a demeaning way.

Give us personal service or something for the $45 resort fee. This is just an increase for the room with no extra services. When we checked in we had to use a machine and waited for over an hour in line and program was not user friendly. We had a hard time to understand the printed instructions to get to our room and very hard to find a person for help. we were not the only ones confused and upset about checking in
there were many people complaining in line about lack of help. We were doing all the work at check in but paying a resort fee for what. the room was nice but nothing special no coffee pot.

Booked a room at Bally's Jubilee Tower Strip View King bed. Called ahead after online check in to notify of late arrival to front desk. After 45 minutes on hold, person at front desk confirmed our room was ready.

Arrived, and without a word of notice, was given a 2 full room with a view of the parking lot. Went back to front desk, and was told they could "upgrade" me to a junior suite for a night at no additional cost, and waive my resort fee, and change to my "confirmed" room the next day.

New room had a worse view of the parking lot, and was not a suite, simply about 20 square feet larger. Returned the front desk looking for some compensation, and was basically insulted by the manager for asking such a horrible thing, and that comping the resort fee for one night was sufficient compensation. Last time I will ever stay at a Caesars property.

We stayed at Bally’s-Horseshoe for a gymnastics competition that was being held at the hotel. Our room was on the 18th floor. It was a non smoking room and it smelled strongly of marijuana. The room was filthy and clearly had not been cleaned. I would never recommend this hotel and would give it zero stars!
