- roiroipalaboyDubai, United Arab Emirates5 contributionsGreat view of sunrise and sea of clouds. 😍 the total experience was memorable: from the trek, overnight camp, morning hike towards the peak.Written March 26, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - VInce SQuezon City, Philippines3 contributionsEasy to go to. Ride the Genesis 1st class bus, sleep on the road and when you wake up, "Hello Baguio!"Written December 22, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Latrinidad L10 contributionsI recommend going really early to avoid the long lines. Its probably not worth it if you're really short on time. You'll be able to purchase their products in a lot of other areas that resell them (but of course a bit more Php) like the bus terminals and main tourist attractions.Written January 6, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Byaheng-oldiesHong Kong, China688 contributionsAs a catholic we also make time to visit a church for our prayers wherever we travel around the world. This is one of those amazing and beautiful cathedral we’ve been. It’s where you can cleanse your mind, body and soul. Parking is not free and you’ll be charged 10 pesos for the first hour and a 100 pesos penalty if you over stayed.
The only worse thing is the public toilet when they charge 5 pesos per use and the toilet is so gross, dark and dirty! I wonder if the church administration tolerates this kind of condition and I’m sure it will be a worse experience for foreign tourists.Written April 20, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. a new chapel has been erected a few meters from the grotto itself. it is an added serene spot for the devotees who need a respite after a tiring uphill crawl.
candles and flowers can be bought from vendors at the foot of the stairs.Written June 22, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. There are a lot of room that you can explore and also at the rooftop it is good for some pictures if you want to visit there. So far I have not encountered suspicious ghost as they say in there stories. Also at the bask there is also a garden there full of flower and it is also a good place to take pictures as well.Written February 21, 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - mamabelzLos Banos, Philippines3,027 contributionsTook my chance to see if they were open. Came around noon, just in time to see the sisters praying in their pink habits the Angelus.
I wrote my petition on the paper provided and left some donation in the envelope. You can do this, too,if you like. It’s Nice to know they’re there to pray for us in the outside world.Written January 27, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. What used to be a moderately busy tourist spot with a couple of dozen pasalubong outlets has turned into an overcrowded, congested marketplace with a viewing platform.
First there is the car park grifters charging 50 pesos to park. Then an “environmental fee” of 10 pesos to enter. Add more to use the cr.
Now fight your way through the hundreds of vendors taking up every square inch of space to reach the area where you can have a photo with Philippine icons like a st.bernard dog or a horse with pink hair. You can even hire an igorot outfit for authenticity.
When you reach the viewing platform keep fighting for a space to take a photo and wait patiently while groups take 300 photos of each other with each other’s phones.
The view is well worth seeing but the rest is a perfect example of tourism mismanagement. Is it worth it? We think not.
Most definitely will not return here and cannot recommend.Written May 4, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. There are very good flower and plant stores where you can purchase plants for a reasonable price and the sellers are very knowledgeable

- mamabelzLos Banos, Philippines3,027 contributionsPros: I enjoy coming to this market. It’s very colourful. My loot consisted of coffee, Fruits, flowers, brooms (from Mountain province) that last for years and all kinds of things.
Cons: Hard to get a cab here. Hard to park. Buyer’s beware- I’m not good at haggling. Nor am I sure if the fruits are as good as they look.Written January 27, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
