| 仕事内容 |
A Sales Director position is now available at a multinational technology company. In this role, you will be responsible for handling product and solution sales operations to increase company value and secure competitive positioning. Responsibilities: * Define market needs and technology trends to develop regional and customer strategies * Create market forecasts and share information * Conduct market research and create reports * Adhere to SLAs and ensure effective communication with clients to resolve problems * Handle customer change requests during project execution * Collaborate with internal colleagues to drive customer satisfaction Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or above in engineering or computer science * 10+ years of account management, sales, or pre-sales experience in the microprocessor, payment, or digital transaction sector * Background in selling digital authentication, banking, and payment solutions * Expertise in payment markets and payment transaction ecosystem in Japan * Ability and willingness to travel locally and internationally * Bilingual level Japanese and English |
