City - Augusta
Most people are familiar with Augusta as the site of the Masters Golf Tournament, which effectively takes over the city every April. While golf is certainly an integral thread in the community’s identity, there’s quite a bit more to the story. As Georgia’s second-largest city, Augusta combines Old-South elegance with modern sophistication, often on the same block. Downtown and its surrounding neighborhoods are full of historic homes and buildings, with a dining and nightlife scene that may surprise you with its diverse offerings.
The local economy employs folks in a wide range of major fields, from the well-established medical and higher education communities to the growing tech sector and military population stationed at nearby Fort Gordon. And while golf is certainly a popular pastime, Augusta’s recreational options extend far beyond the links: parks and nature preserves abound, and minor league baseball games at Olmstead Lake Stadium draw big crowds.

Property Ratings at Parc at Flowing Wells Apartment Homes
Don’t Do It
Gates are broken. No security. Loud music all hours of the night and nothing’s done about it. Filthy. Silver bugs, roaches. Management simply does not care. Agree with the other commentator about “slow torture.” Don’t do it.
Property Manager at Parc at Flowing Wells Apartment Homes, Responded To This Review
Hi Neighbor, Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. We are currently under new onsite management and take our resident’s concerns very seriously. Our gate is broken and we are waiting on our vendor to provide us with the schedule to repair it once the parts are received. Pest control comes on an as-requested basis. If you are experiencing pests we would love to put you on the schedule for the next available day they will be at the property. Please email me at parcatflowingwellsmgr@morganproperties.com so we can discuss a solution for your concerns about after hours disturbances. PAFW Management Thanks for your time,
Not a good place to live at all
We moved here less than a month ago. The day we moved in our dish washer did not work, our dryer was taking 4 rounds to dry a small load of clothes. The sink has mold coated in the hose. The ice dispenser spits out either black mold or something green looking. All the kitchen drawers were covered in the previous tenants food and crumbs, the bathroom drawers had the previous tenants hair everywhere. The fridge is missing a drawer. Since putting in multiple maintenance requests the only thing to be fixed is the dish washer. We have put in 3 maintenance requests for the dryer and talked to the office in person twice...still nothing. The front office people are not easy to get ahold of unless you physically go Into the office. The office people are nice to your face and say all the things you want to hear but don't hold your breath because they don't keep their promises.
Amazing everything- except internet
So I love these apartments, super clean, never seen a single pest, I feel safe here and It makes me happy to see people walking their dogs around. I also love that they allow up to 3 pets! The only downside to these apartment is the only internet service provider her is called WOW! internet. It is not an option for me- some say its possibly the worst internet provider that exists. I use my mobile hotspot instead, but I can only get so much data. How am I supposed to game without internet? Upload pictures and download files? They do have an internet cafe at the office, (which by the way there is also an amazing little gym area, office are with a printer and other amenities.)but It is WOW internet because thats all that is out here, so It's not that helpful. I want to buy a nice high quality gaming PC but f I don't have internet to play and download games what the point? I live alone, I need something to do for fun other than watch netflix all the time. Anyway, If you are a gamer, beware of renting here but if you dont care about internet a whole lot this place is amazing. Especially if you have animals. The employees who work here are also 100% professional, so helpful and kind. I hope they are working on getting more options for internet out here and then I can give a 5 star review.
Do not move here
If you want to experience a slow form of torture......then this is the place for you....it's a hot mess... Dirty...trashy people have invaded...no rules.....if you live by the pool...heaven help you...all night parties...loud music...oh...and they do NOT clean the pool....I'm sure bacteria is waiting to latch on to you..exercise room is open 24 hrs. A day...no security entrance...in other words...enter at your own risk...who knows who could be lurking...cockroaches are probably the most stable tenants...they have no plans of leaving anytime soon...forget a security officer....he's invisible....maybe someday he will appear... At the end of the day...I do not wish this place upon anyone....its WAY overpriced for what you get...which is nothing...save your sanity....move elsewhere... Best regards!
Great place at The Parc
If youre looking into a nice safe place that is also secluded but also close to pretty much everything you need then this is really the place for you. The rooms are spacious and onstantly upkept. If you any problems with anything the front desk is always there for your needs. If you have dogs they will definitly love this place as there are two dog parks on site. all the appliances are also very modern.
Great Place To Live
Recently moved into the Parc At Flowing Wells. Very community oriented and good looking. The new girls in the office are AWESOME. In fact, I made my decision to live here based off of that. The community is gated and really quiet. Great place to call home.
