In an interview on the Italian talk show Verissimo earlier this week, Corona opened up about the pair's relationship.

'We talked for hours,' said Corona.

'Then I stood up, I took her head in my hands, we kissed, I laid her on the table and we made beautiful love for an hour.'

Argento was less forthcoming about the pair's relationship, but did eventually share some details of her own in an interview with Domenica In on Sunday.

'We met twice, I hope there is a third. I am in Rome, he is in Milan. We are in contact every day, that's okay with me,' said Argento.

She also spoke about the two being photographed on their first date and her decision to change the location of their second to make sure there was no intrusions.

'I made an appointment at my house for fear of the paparazzi. During that meeting I was stunned: he is a sensitive, profound person,' said Argento.

'It was very tender, when it was gone I was lying on the bed and I had the little hearts.'

Argento also said she is not concerned by the fact that Corona recently served time behind bars.

He was sentenced to a year in jail for reportedly blackmailing celebrities with photos and collecting money to not publish the images.

'Everyone tells me something but I do not listen, is like a buzz. Fallen in love? Please,' said Argento.

'I saw him twice and I do not fall in love for a long time. I am intelligent, educated, I can wait.'

Argento was pictured just last month enjoying the sights of Rome with a new man.

The Italian actress and director, 43, was seen strolling through the park at Villa Borghese with Elias Franco, a 31-year-old artist who lives in Queens.

Argento and the man were seen stretching, doing a little bit of yoga and then organizing an impromptu photoshoot during the outing.

That photoshoot found Argento behind the lense while Franco posed as her model, just four months after the tragic passing of her boyfriend Anthony Bourdain.

'Thank you for hopping museums with me in Firenze & for all your support in these difficult times,' wrote Argento on Instagram, posting a photo of he two after a day spent seeing the sights of Rome.

It was a bittersweet outing for Argento however, who just a few days later would break down in tears while speaking about the death of her boyfriend Anthony Bourdain four months prior.

This sightseeing trip also took place just days after her exclusive sit down with DailyMailTV.

It is unclear how Franco and Argento first came to the attention of one another, especially given the fact that she now resides in Rome while he is in New York City.

The most likely scenario is that he came into her orbit, and that of many other stars, thanks to the three years during which he worked as an assistant to Lady Gaga's stylist and close friend Nicola Formichetti.

Franco is an artist and a designer, holding the role of creative director at the MINY Collective for he past nine years.

The renaissance man works as a freelance fashion editor as well per his Linked In

He is also a new father according to social media, with his partner Caitlin having just given birth to a daughter last July.

Argento seemed happier than she has in months during her outing with Franco, whom she was photographed alongside while they toured the city.

The pictures are very much similar to previous photos of Argento with Bourdain and later French journalist Hugo Clement, both of whom she also guided through the sights of Rome.
