For a show to remain on the air for years, loyal viewers have to care about the series’ main characters. On top of that, in some cases, fans also become invested in the actors that bring those characters to life. In fact, sometimes when two actors do a great job portraying characters that fall in love, some viewers find themselves hoping that the performers will similarly wind up together.

During an appearance on Marc Maron’s “WTF” podcast, Mila Kunis spoke about the origins of her marriage to Ashton Kutcher. Interestingly enough, she spoke about the fact that that she had no interest in Kutcher when their That ‘70s Show characters were a couple. Instead, when they kissed in front of cameras there were “no feelings whatsoever”.

In the years after That ‘70s Show came to an end, Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher lost touch. Then everything changed when the actors saw each other for the first time in years at an awards show and began hooking up. During the aforementioned “WTF” podcast appearance, Kunis revealed that after a while she began to develop real feelings for Kutcher and her reaction was unique.

"I walked up to him and I was like, 'You know what? I actually care about you, and I don't wanna mess anything up, so I'm just going to walk away before it becomes too much and he was like, 'Got it.'" Thankfully, Ashton Kutcher quickly realized that he wanted Mila Kunis in his life so the “next day he showed up to my house, and he was like, 'Move in with me.'".

Raising Kids

Ever since Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis got together, there has been a lot of interest in their relationship. For his part, Kutcher revealed that their “daughter demands that (he) tell a story from real life” nightly and he always complies.

A few months after that interview, Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher made an appearance on Live with Kelly and Ryan and talked about parenting during a pandemic. According to her, even though her kids were only 5 and 3 at the time, both of them were being homeschooled. After admitting she is “not a good teacher”, Kunis lavished praise on Kutcher when she said he is “fantastic at it” because he is “really good at explaining things”. For his part, Kutcher revealed that Kunis keeps their family afloat because he is “a focus-on-one-thing-at-a-time kind of person” while she is great at multi-tasking. "She can teach the kid how to ride a bike while cooking while being on a producer call at the same time."
