The judge denied one of the allegations of sexual harassment Marilyn Manson, but gave the plaintiff extra time to change and resubmit his complaint, his attorneys say.

In the legal documents reviewed , Judge Gregory Keosian, who presided over the case, argued that the plaintiff’s claims about the recovered memory were “not sufficient to call for a delayed discovery rule.”
“A claimant seeking to benefit from a late discovery rule must present evidence of the discovery method and the fact that he or she could not have previously discovered the facts,” the ruling said.
“The complaint does not indicate when the repression began, for example after the events took place or outside the period of restraint, or its nature or extent, such as what memories were repressed or how much the plaintiff prevented them from being remembered.”
The woman and her legal representative must now change the claim within 20 days and provide more details to confirm the evidence of the delayed discovery.
