US Post Office

They were really great for passports when we had an appointment. Very punctual very quick. Pretty painless. I can't speak to any of their other services since they are not my normal post office (mine doesn't do passports)

Closest "self-help" kiosk to my house. I work long hours so its close to impossible for me to make it to a post office during staffed hours. This one is ~20miles from home for me and it's a coin toss if the kiosk is even working. Not sure if all kiosks at usps locations are this crappy or just this one but either fix it, upgrade it, or stop advertising that you offer it.

horrible customer service made a passport appointment online for 2:45 took off work met my daughter there who took off work just to be told I'd have to reschedule my appointment because they were short staffed.

Made an appointment online for passport application and photo for my kiddo. Grabbed her from school, my husband and I both had to take off work, and my daughter had to miss her after school activities to make the appointment time, as they offer limited later options. Ended up being 5 minutes late. We waited in line for another 5-10 minutes. When we got to the counter, the post office worker told us that we were supposed to be 10 minutes early. That was never communicated as an expectation when I scheduled. They refused to process our application. If you have the option to go elsewhere, I would. Called the Library and they got us scheduled for a later appointment the next day. Wish I would have known how inflexible they were prior to pulling my kid out of her after school activities and driving from another city. Lesson learned.

I've been here 5 times in the last year. Every time I've been treated rudely. When I go anywhere I try to be prepared, have everything I could possibly need etc. at this Post Office I'm met with statements such as we charge extra for everything including the temporary use of an ink pen. If I ask for a USPS shipping label the postal clerk tells me you so t need one just write it on the biz. Then informs me I wrote it wrong. Get back in line. I decided to go to the Imperial Post Office. Easier parking, not nearly as busy & a lot better customer service. I thanked the clerk for their professionalism & told them the experience I had at Arnold. They said they hear that all the time.

I ordered a package on Friday and it has been over a week since I got it, it was supposed to arrive yesterday but now it might take up to three more days, never again will o trust

I can say one thing, these people work their butts off and they barely "go postal". No pun intended.
You can tell that this post office was built during the 70's because of the architecture and because of the Arnold population. In the 70's, Arnold had only a KFC and a McDonald's. The rest was farm country and this small post office. They only built three or 4 cubes good for smaller lines, but with the population explosion in Arnold, there is a huge tendency to have longer lines. Sometimes I want to give them all free hugs, or Krispy Kremes.

Mail carrier picks and chooses what work to do. Left two messages for post master and no one has called back in a week. Terrible service, worse customer service!

this is for the Arnold, MO post Office,,,if you are disabled and have a community mail box they do not want to bring your mail to the door, the reason they give is, their drivers can not back up.

Today, I had to mail 3 letters via International Priority Mail with tracking. The lady who helped me (I wish I remembered to get her name) was fantastic. She was very very patient with me. I had to fill out all of these forms (customs, return receipt cards & some other form I couldn't remember). I couldn't hear very well due to a sinus infection & as a result I couldn't comprehend some of the stuff that she was telling me. But, she explained it to me slowly & I got it. It was a bit confusing, but she broke it down for me. That really made my day much better. Thanks!
