How accurate is the quiz?
Since none of the cups entered on our list are sponsored, we are unbiased and feel we have the most accurate quiz to date. That being said, no period cup quiz will be 100% accurate, but we painstakingly reviewed the cups shown and gave them value for each feature. The results given depend on your answers. There is always a chance that a perimeter from your situation is absent.
Are all menstrual cups an option for the quiz results?
Although there are well over 150 cups included in our quiz, there are bound to be cups missing. With so many cups entering the market, it can be hard to keep up to date. We also try to keep ‘cheapie’ cups to a minimum but have included some popular ones.
Is the quiz sponsored by any menstrual cup brand?
No. The quiz at MenstrualCupReviews.net is not sponsored by any menstrual cup brand. Because of this, we feel that we can provide unbiased cup suggestions based on what your situation is and not what companies are going to pay us to sell their item/s.
Is the quiz free?
Yes! The quiz is absolutely free. The only thing that it will cost you is the time it takes to finish it – about 2 minutes.
How long does it take to finish the quiz?
You know your body the best, so the quiz shouldn’t take too long to finish. Most users will be able to finish it within two minutes. However, it may take you a bit of time to review the cups suggested depending on how many were within your perimeters. If you wish to read through the reasons for the results, that may take some extra time, too.

Hi I am using the TWC (the women’s company) menstrual cup-small (I’m from India)and it is not on the list to select

I’m sorry that the TWC isn’t available on this quiz. Although I don’t own this site, I’m sure that the TWC isn’t on the list because the world of menstrual cups is growing so fast and it’s hard to keep up with all of them, especially from around the world.
I hope that you were able to find a cup that worked for you in the end.
My issue is the stem is very uncomfortable, I’ve trimmed it down and it’s still unbearable. Are there suggestions for cups with more comfortable stems?
Seeing as I don’t know what cup you have, it’s hard to suggest any cups because I don’t have anything to compare them to. However, you can check out the link below to see some of the different types of stems there are out there.

Hi. I’m 24, and I’ve been using With Cup (Korean)for 2.5 years now. I have some issues with it, so I chose “Yes, but I’m not happy with it” option on question #2. The quiz asks me to select the specific cup, and then select the issues. But I can’t choose WithCup because it’s not an option listed in your database.
I think you should add an “Other” option and an additional prompt to type in the name of the unlisted brand. For now, I’m going to select a different random Korean brand. I hope this does not affect your data.

Although I don’t own this site (but have worked on a couple of menstrual cups quiz formats), I’m sure that the With Cup isn’t on the list because the world of menstrual cups is growing so fast and it’s hard to keep up with all of them, especially from around the world.
“Other” would be a good addition but it still probably wouldn’t lead to a cup that might work better since it can’t compute any specific parameters. These types of quizzes only go off of the parameters that the creator sets. So even if the With Cup was in this database, it’s still based on the experience or knowledge the creator has of the cup….which could be totally different from you. Please only use this quiz or any quiz for that matter, as an opinion of the creator.

So unfortunately, we are unable to add them at this time.
My problem with cup I have tried, Diva 2, is that it leaks under normal circumstances (non-exercise). I have had large babies & I think the cup is too small.
Hi Angie!
If it’s only some small leaking like spotting, try wiping the base and grip rings with a wet cloth to get rid of some excess blood. Not all blood is ‘scooped’ up when the cup is inserted and some will remain on the vaginal walls.
If you’re leaking from overflow, I would suggest a higher capacity cup. The largest Diva Cup only holds 30 ml.
Some higher capacity cups (in order of highest capacity):
Venus Cup 47ml
LaliCup large & Casco Cup large 40ml
MonthlyCup large 39ml
Yuuki Cup 38ml
The Merula XL holds 50ml but is a very different shape, length, and diameter to the Diva Cup. However, it still might work well for you, so don’t rule it out.
There are some other cup options, but I tried to stay close to the shape, size, and firmness to the Diva Cup large, besides the Merula XL.
If you’re leaking like you don’t have a cup in and the cup either doesn’t have anything in it or very little, it’s likely that either you missed your cervix (or the cup pushed it to the side), or that your cervix sitting inside of the cup and taking up the room. Again, a cup with more capacity will be able to accommodate your cervix and flow.
