Wellness Week also featured inspirational guest speaker American Ninja Warrior Hoan Do, who shared his life experiences, important life lessons, and the skills he believes are necessary to succeed in school and life. He emphasized the significance of resilience, gaining perspective, acknowledging how you feel, deciding what you want, and then taking action to move forward. Hoan Do's appearance during Wellness Week was a memorable and enlightening experience for everyone involved. His message of perseverance, hard work, and determination resonated with the students and was motivational to everyone who attended.

Ardsley High School celebrated Wellness Week the week before Spring Break with activities that not only emphasized the importance of physical and mental well-being but also brought joy to our students. From navigating an obstacle course with somersaults and bouncing to planting herbs and petting adorable creatures at our own petting zoo, our students had a blast!
