About
Check out "Mad Apple" by Cirque du Soleil for a wild and wacky Vegas experience. This show takes you on a whirlwind tour of New York City, featuring an explosive line-up of trapeze artists, circus acts, stand-up comedy, magic, and a wheel of death act. But be warned: this isn't your typical family-friendly fare. Expect satire, dark humor, and some racy jokes. To get the full experience, arrive at least 30 minutes early. The venue is modeled after a New York City nightclub and cast members will mingle with the crowd before the show starts. Prebook your tickets online to guarantee your choice of seat in the house. – Tripadvisor

    Unique, Fun and very Entertaining
This was one of the best Cirque du Soleil’s I have ever seen. We laughed so hard as well as enjoying the acrobats, the music, it moved quickly. The comedian was hysterical. The interaction with the audience was fabulous. I highly recommend it.

Best Cirque du Soleil show in Vegas
I think this is one of Cirque du soleil's best shows yet. It had the expected acrobatics but it also contained comedy singing and magic as well. I went with my brother and son and thoroughly enjoyed it. I would highly recommend it if you go to the Las Vegas strip.

    Lively, energetic and funny.
Another Cirque du Soleil hit. Slightly more 'intimate' venue than most Cirque shows. A little on the adult side, especially the current comedian, but not Zumanity by any stretch of the imagination. Nice, relaxed atmosphere including an on stage bar pre show. It is different from the usual Cirque production. Just be aware and don't go in expecting 'O' or Mystere. Your senses aren't 'immersed' with things going on all around you as with many Cirque shows and it doesn't have the awe inspiring artistry or edge of your seat daredevil stuff. But it is an immensely entertaining show, especially the comedian and the illusionist. Highly recommend Mad Apple.

The worst Cirque show ever. Why would the producers include "half rated" comedians to overshadow stellar musicians and performers??! One comedian *Harrison needs to be be replaced. He colors way outside the lines. Not the Cirque experience you expect.

I’ve seen almost all of the Cirque shows in Vegas (Beatles Love is my fave) and this one was very good. It was exciting, had great music, and the performers were all amazing (as always). I thought the comedians were a fun addition, and wonder if the people who found them offensive have ever been to a comedy show before? It’s a 16+ show, so it’s not for kids! I thoroughly enjoyed myself, and my husband did too. Regarding seating: I wouldn’t sit too close (as with any Cirque show), as you would be looking up a lot. The VIP seats were in a weird spot - sort of to the back of the stage so you would be looking at the performer’s backs a lot. I like to sit higher so I can see (balcony) - I noticed the people in the front balcony row (AA) had to lean forward a lot to see over the railing. We had row CC in the middle and it was awesome.

This was the last Cirque show in Vegas we had not yet seen, so we thought we'd give it a chance.

This is the cheapest Cirque show to visit and it shows. Small theatre, small stage. Lots of dead air in the show. Comedian that is not funny. A weird mix of cheap magic tricks, a MC that thinks he can sing, none of the spectacle that Ka, O, MJ Live or Love has.

A story line that doesn't exist to top everything off. You'll regret coming here.

I wish we would have seen a different show instead. Even Ka, a show that is deemed to be subpar for a Cirque show, is ten times better.

I wouldn't go here if I was paid to go.

We’ve been to plenty shows and must say this was one of the worst we’ve come across. We came with a group of 8 and all felt the same way. Save your money and go to a diff show. This show seemed to be bits and pieces of random things put together to make a show as a money grabber. Would not recommend wasting your money on this one.

I had to force myself to stay in hopes that it might have a saving grace.

I do consider this to be a cirque show. It was a comedian doing a few skits and some very below average acrobatic moments.

I was very bored. Sadly, the worst performance I have seen in Vegas - 30 + shows

A waste of time and money.

We had such a great time at this show! I have seen a lot of Cirque shows, and this one is my favorite! I loved that it had a variety of types of acts! Constant entertainment! The comedian was hilarious, and you could feel the passion from the performers. All top notch! I would highly recommend this show! We went to another Cirque show a couple of days later, and it felt so lackluster compared to this one.

First off, this was a wonderful show. Bought this on a whim just to fill the evening with entertainment, and since we're from NY, the nostalgia & curiosity got to us. I took my mom, Who's 82 years old, and we had the front row experience which included a table and a server and a great view of the center bar. At first I felt a little attacked to think that people assume we let loose the f word at the drop of a hat, or flip the finger 20x a day. Inside of minutes, I accepted that there's much truth to it, and we leaned into the fun. Holy crsp the comedian is a gifted with improv. The general manager and his final skit, cracked us up, omg! All the acts were awesome and like "wow". The music really did remind me of my beloved NY. I would recommend if you're not into cussing, look elsewhere, and if you don't like being heckled, don't sit up front. Also, think twice about taking young children if you don't want them to soak in the cursing and riske jokes. I loved every damn second! I highly recommend this. Nonstop fun. Thank you to the whole dance team, and the comedians, gave us so much laughter and memories to last a lifetime. What happens in Vegas, stays here!!! Thank you Mad Apple for making our evening!! Remember, this is an interactive show, have fun with it!! ☆

Grand disappointment! This is not what we have come to expect from Cirque du Soleil. No wow factor. 20 minutes of stand up comic was painful. Acts shown in website clips were not performed. High school musicals provide better entertainment. Cirque du Soleil needs to get back on track producing quality shows. We are fans and have never been to a bad show until Mad Apple. They need to get back on track with the next show.

If you’ve never been to Circus Circus in Reno, never been to a neighborhood open-mic comedy show, and never seen your 10 year old nephew do magic, then you are in for a treat! Otherwise, save your money. This performance was the “Caddyshack II” of Cirque. The only thing “New York” about this act was the feeling of being mugged.

I knew we were in trouble when the marquees around the theater warned everyone not to heckle the performers. What?!? We have been to many Cirque shows and seen the incredible acrobatic feats of the performers…why in heck would anyone heckle a Cirque performance? Now that we’ve seen it…I get it. You aren’t supposed to heckle, and you *need to be reminded* of that. Got it. LOL.

Buyer beware.
