I want to set the handicap to 23% in age of empires 3?
aoe3 sets the handicap in multiples of 5 in asian dynasties and in 10s in aoe3 and warchiefs,but i want to set it to any number like 36%,42% etc.how can i do it?

AFAIK there is no way to change this, it is hardcoded.

The AoE3 Heaven modding forum may be of more help.
