When this was released back in 1997 it was a great game, I found it far more entertaining than AOE3 which took me all of a weekend to get through all the scenarios including the two expansion packs, yes it was well done but a bit same old same old. I was hoping this was the full version as its one of the few I don't actually have, I did "borrow" a copy but deleted it once done, I do have AOE 2 and the 2 expansion2 as well as Age of Mythology with the titans expansion pack. AOE 2 is actually a bit better than 1 but I did want to give AOE 1 another go on my old puter. In any case this is a demo, this will probably be my last visit to this site as I am not liking the CNET installer even just a little, I don't like having to install other stuff on my computer especially for a demo.
