+ -1 moreThe job went off like clockwork. The two workers, who are true artisans, arrived promptly, worked cleanly and diligently and did a beautiful and professional job. The job began and ended exactly when Anthony said it would. We are extremely pleased with the finished product!
Description of Work: What started out as a replacement for a wrought iron railing became a complete repair of the entire front porch and steps. I knew immediately upon meeting and speaking with Anthony that we would hire him to do the job. I had complete confidence in his assessment of the job and knowledge of masonry. I thought the price was fair and I was relieved that he was going to coordinate the wrought iron work with the masonry work.

+ 0 moreArrived promptly and provided initial estimate. Work began quickly and proceeded as scheduled, weather permitting. The initial estimate was exceeded due to a hidden wall that had to be removed and some additional work we requested. Anthony called, texted, and met me often to keep me informed of progress, present options (including lower-cost ones), and confirm that the work was satisfactory. The new walls and steps look great. I would highly recommend Anthony's Masonry.
Description of Work: Removed old retaining walls, railings, and steps and rebuilt with stone; repaired front stoop; removed trees and reseeded.

+ -1 moreThinking "how hard could it be?" I tried to repair the cracked mortar along my entranceway. Turns out, masonry is a lot harder than it looks. My DIY job looked awful. Hired Anthony's Masonry to come in and un-do the work I'd done. They returned my call the same day and scheduled the work for that week. They were prompt and did a great job. I will use them again.
Description of Work: Repaired slate and stone entryway. Dug out poorly laid mortar and re-did the work.

+ -1 moreWe had some unexpected bad weather on the day of planned service twice. Anthony delayed to do the job right, but got there promptly and did the work. His price was very good compared to other bids I received. I am very satisfied with his teams work.

+ -1 moreThe side of my house was damaged by water and a big chunk of the masonry came off. Anthony repaired it and reset the slate on my sidewalk which was coming up due to a tree root. His price was much better than other estimates. The joints on the sidewalk were damaged by a heavy rain the day after the work was completed. I called and he came right back and re-sealed the joints. He is very friendly (now feels like a friend) and hard working. He will be a welcomed addition to your list.
Description of Work: Water damage caused masonry to come off side of attached garage. I first looked on Angie's List for contractor found one but the price was very high. So I looked in a small weekly local paper and found Anthony. I called he came over the next day examined the problem told me what he need to do and started in a few days. I lucked out as I did not ask for references. He did a great job.
